@Enki sorry to hear about the back, hopefully if you do need surgery you'll still be able to race, I was re excited about the custom TMIC. Especially as I'm still on stock tmic and part of me wants to maintain that look

Sucks. You will be fine, just go monster turbo on the 3 so that you can "accidentally" overboost and blow to do it again later

Oh the TMIC setup wasn't going to look remotely stock. Also, it's the neck, so helmet + cervical spine issue = probably no bueno.

I don't want to overboost and blow it up, didn't want to blow it up in the first place because the Falcon will take a big runny shit all over any MS3 or MS6 that's sees street duty (and probably most that are track only).

Also, I want to see the falcon monster.

Still doing most of it, just not the custom crank. Looks like I'll still be going destroke, but don't want to say too much about how just yet.

    Guess what showed up today?
    IMAG0554.jpg

Hmm, what could this little guy be?

    IMAG0555.jpg

    Mmmmm, humpsticks; my favorite.

Not going to release grind information on this just yet, but here's what to expect:
First off, this is what the stock grind looks like in an engine sim:
    Stock.PNG

Right about 280 torque, 260 horse. Reasonably accurate. Without changing anything but the cams to the grind I now have in my hands:

    Stock block 220 cams.PNG

Assuming the turbo can handle this amount of flow, it's still at 15 psi.

Now for what it should look like on my build, with full corn (above still pump gas), headwork, destroke, etc:

    unghhhhhh.PNG

Did I mention this is still 15 psi? No? My bad. Please note I don't expect this to be entirely accurate, but it should be reasonably close. These simulations are at the crank also, so obviously power to the wheels will be lower.

Oh before I forget, I paid $204 shipped for this, with my stock cams sent in for work. No welding was done, only grinding, so lift is also lower than stock. Funny thing, eh?

Listen up here you mythical creature of eggs and forest.

Miami/Cuba:2 education taught me that 2+2=5.

Us Floridian's use the mathz everyday when trying to figure out how many meth rocks it takes to stay awake for 3 weeks.

This is the first I've heard of this. How does one turn it off?

    Could be wrong but...
Under absolute limits there's three tables called Closed Loop Load Limit (in genwon anyways):
    1.PNG

By default they are set to 2.5 load:
    2.PNG

IIRC, setting these to your open loop transition should net you absolute open loop (mine is 1.5).

Oh, hello, small but surprisingly heavy box.
    IMAG0570.jpg
    I wonder what's inside you...
    IMAG0571.jpg
    Several smaller boxes? Hmm...
    IMAG0572.jpg

Looks like a full set of timing tools for FoST and DISI-MZR...But what's in the big box I wonder...?
    IMAG0573.jpg

~35 lbs of high revving fury (total shipping weight was 39 lbs, and the timing tools are all presumably carbon steel).

    EDIT:
Assuming the factory crank is 48 lbs and the new one is actually 35 lbs, the new one is 27% lighter.

This is awesome. 27% is substantial to say the least. Good work
