So Ive been working on making my own PI system. I have a JMF manifold, some 630CC injectors, a split second controller, fuel pressure regulator, and an in tank fuel pump. Next up is plumbing.

Im looking to see where you all get your AN fittings. Looking to do it in 6 AN size, and some sort of fuel safe (E85 as well) hose. I would really prefer the black anodized fittings over the red/blue, but if I have to I can go that route.

I know there are multiple brands, Russel, Earls, Aeroquip, Summit, do any of you have preferences? The whole point of this is to do PI on a budget. Right now Im shooting for less than $2000 for the whole system (manifold included) and Im well on track to be less than that, but budget is key in this set up.

I always go for eBay. They have some brands on there that are better than others that I've noticed. But I also live 25 minutes from Summit Racing if I need anything in a pinch I can go pay 5 bucks per fitting more there. But I set up my whole 6th port system with AN fittings off eBay.

Anything in the US because I'm a man child and waiting 2 weeks to get something is stupid. But I like fasterllc, Blackhorse-racing-use (I met the owner at a track day at Mid Ohio, nice guy, nice Porsche), and racing car parts home. That's pretty much the only people I keep buying from. Fast shipping and everything is true to size. I know the cheaper brands get fucky with what the hex sizes should be and then they get marred up during installation.

Ok spent some time laying this out to see what I was going to need. Let me know how this looks. @Patrick Martz is this similar to what you did for your 6th port?

Looks like about $150 in fittings then plus whatever hose I will need to get.

Looks pretty good, sir. The video attached is my setup. I'm in the process of making a new line off the firewall right now. I didn't originally as the normal kits for the ms3 don't come with them. But I don't like how tight that line with the blue clips is. Mine goes
    Firewall>5/16 quick connect to -6AN male>-6AN hose end>braided hose>-6AN hose end>5/16 quick connect to -6AN male>5/16 quick connect fuel line block -6AN and 1/8 NPT (areomotive 15120)
Then off the areomotive block it goes -6AN ORB male to male>-6AN hose end >braided hose>-6AN hose end >-6AN ORB male to male>injector boss>-6AN ORB plug

That video is a ton of help man. Thanks. I think I will order all the parts I need tomorrow. The only thing I need to figure out is hose. There are a few choices on the site and I want to make sure its right.

Does the 6th port not use a regulator at all? I bought an AEM universal regulator, but now Im not sure if I need it. I dont know if I need to try and run a return at all or if I can just go without it.

Well, wanna grab me a whole bunch? haha

Nope no return and no regulator. Our Stock setup isn't a return style so unless you want to run a fuel cell to feed the 6th port then just one direct line to it will work.

Well shit, that saves me a few fittings and a regulator. There is no issue running the injectors at intake pump pressure?

Well fittings ordered. Thanks guys, helped a lot.

Looking like my whole PI system cost me about $1660 (including a JMF) we will see how this all works and if I got it right.

I just had a bunch of 5/16 quick connects and 6 AN 90's show up today. Just waiting on my new an wrenches to show up so I don't mare anything up and its time to get to work.

Yeah I wrapped all mine (for meth lines) in painters tape. Maybe I will make my own. Not paying $70 for wrenches
