I may have a badly leading injector seal, should find out tomorrow after work. I'll be getting the CS seals for sure.

This is an old thread so sorry to "resurrect" it..... When reusing my CS injector seals what torque should I torque them to the second time around? Anyone who has had success with reusing please chime in for mine and everyone else's knowledge please!

My engine builder installed them the first time so I honestly don't know what they torqued them to. I would hope close to that spec.

Needless to say I torqued them to 25ft lbs this time in case they had slightly over torqued them the first time around. Hopefully everything seals up well. This time around the didn't pull the injectors off the fuel rail so all I had to do was to set it in there and bolt the crows feet and then the injectors but didn't have to fight the injectors into the rail. Is that ok to do it that way?
