Just bought the brass shift fork pads. Has anyone done them their selfs? Curious if I need some kind of adhesive?

I believe brazing was involved on the set I had in my hands at one point.

Hmm. I got mine from them but they were already installed. I can't remember if those were pressed on.

I just checked their website and no documentation on how to install. Wild. I would call Monday and check back.

IIRC someone tried an epoxy to install them and had success. I just can't remember who it was.

    Maybe @JohnnyTightlips ?

If you have a propane torch and know how to solder you can braze them in. It's literally soldering something with a higher heat metal. They sell the brazing rods at home depot.

They used epoxy on my pads and I never had any issues. I believe this is what they used.
