I'm building a "Reliable," 400HP, Drag FRS. I am not putting a final budget on this.

I'll be using ECUtek for a tuning solution.

    Here's what's installed so far:

    Sprintex 335 Supercharger upgrade kit

    75mm drive pulley

    Sprintex Intercooler

    ID1000 Fuel Injectors

    DW 300c Fuel Pump

    ACT XT clutch

    ACT prolite flywheel

    Tomei Equal length header

    Perrin 2.5" Resonated catback exhaust

    The following is In transit:

    Tanabe 60mm catless front pipe

    Tanabe 60mm over pipe

    Manley I beam rods

Wiseco Forged Pistons 10:1 Compression with Armor Coating

    Custom Wrist Pins

Race Engine Bearings (Mains and rods)

Killer B oil pick up tube

    ARP FA20 Head studs

    Moto-East Flex Fuel Kit

    Cusco Engine mounts

Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires 215/45/17

    ____________________________________________

Final dyno on the 335 setup. 296/246. Weak.

[doublepost=1460070537][/doublepost]found out my motor has ZERO compression today. Probably a stuck valve.

Update 4/9/16: Built motor likely coming soon.

Well, since I couldn't qualify for a loan and it was a rebuilt title on the lotus I was looking at, we'll be building a motor. I'll go through and update the thread when I have a bit more time.

figure out what you are going to do for a spare car at all yet? Or how long the motor will take to build?

It turns out that the motor build will take into June, and I'll be sharing a car with my grandparents. Since I don't have too many obligations, they have agreed to drop me off and pick me up at work for the one week they're in town before then.

This build may have just been totaled, financing on the new block did not get approved. May be taking a bath on the car.

I can try to find an oem motor but it'll just be broken again- the oem block can't handle 400 RWHP for almost any length of time. Transmissions start going around 350 WTQ.

I mean to demod it and just work on paying off the car before you start going at it again. At least then you will have a running car and not take a complete bath on this one.

If you simply lost compression, can try el cheapo route and just put in pistons and go, if damage is not severe. Copart.com is also a place to go too. We ended up with our first credit card in years a while ago at Gander Mountain. So we have that to use for emergencies if needed. I know you have big dreams, but I recommend weighing all options before taking a big loss.

I wonder if you can get a little compression with that shit at the auto parts store. Enough to say, drive it to a dealer and trade in. Because yeah.

Well, instead of speculating any further we're going to see what is going to happen. I'll know Wednesday night about what's going to happen, moving forward.

That's what happens when you don't measure your E
[doublepost=1460740115][/doublepost]Stupid question: If I have a hole that is tapped for a boost guage, and I just plug it, will it cause any problems? Generally speaking of course.

Might be safer to just get a boost gauge
