So a while back I decided the k04 was too tiny so things happened and cash was thrown around.

    I started with:
    JBR stage2 power path intake
JBR shift knob / bushings / SSP / counterweight
    JBR trilogy 80a mounts
    JBR RSB
    JBR OCC
    cp-e catted downpipe
    cp-e TMIC
    Autotech internals
    Kozmic EGR delete
    Stratified EBCS

Tuning was done by Lex @ Stratified:

    But:

The following were acquired and installed:
    BNR S3v2
HTP 3.5 Intake and 51R battery tray
    Meth kit running a single D07 w/ 50/50 mix
    Full-Race exhaust manifold
    Relentless Customs PnP intake manifold
    Cobb exhaust
Treadstone FMIC kit that fits like horsedicks
    Stratified Guardian Angel
    NGK colder plugs

Tuning was done by Lex @ Stratified:

Since the build the following were installed:
    DM RMM/TMM/PMM combo
    DM Dual OCC
    DM Methanol plate
    DM SSP
    NCSpecV81 Custom methanol tank.
Koni Yellows w/ Ground Control springs
    Synapse BPV

    Future plans include:
    Re-tune by Rob @ Hypnotic
Aquamist HSF4 kit running 100% meth
    HTP intercooler piping
    HTP methanol tank
Finally install the Relentless Customs valvecover that's been sitting around for months.

    Nice build!
Curious as to why your ditching NV's meth tank. That thing looked pretty rad.

Tank works great and fits perfectly on gen2s. I made such a fuss and blew up HTPs thread and facebook with cats about getting their tank out, I'd feel bad if I didn't scoop one up.

I am also eagerly awaiting HTP's meth tank release.

Sorry to derail for one quick sec, but your a moderator, so the best to ask. How do you quote posts on this forum, I don't see a button for it.

    Edit- Nevermind, I'm retarded. :)

You may not need a re-tune with the methanol. My Genpu O/L fuel trims took care of everything on both 50/50 and 100% methanol with a CM7 nozzle. I ended up getting a re-tune anyways, though, because when my load when back over 2.50 when it was cooler, my AFRs got all wacky again. Did a simple re-tune at that point and it was cleaned up really quick.

Looking good bro. You had any issues starting the car on cold mornings with the smaller battery?

Managed to fix my treadstone piping fitment issues.

    Ordered the following from siliconeintakes.com
    1 x T-Bolt Clamp for 2.75" Silicone Parts (CLA000103)
    7 x T-Bolt Clamp for 2.5" Silicone Parts (CLA000102)
    1 x 2.5" Silicone 30° Elbow, Black (SIL000196)
    2 x 2.5" Silicone Hump Hose, Black (SIL000015)

Also 3 x random washers that gave me a half inch of height when placed together.

Now then.. can you reuse the tbolt clamps treadstone sends? Sure, but the tbolts aren't angled and I was done giving myself a hernia trying to fit them onto the intercooler/over the pipe beads.

    1. Replace couplers on the intercooler with the bump couplers. This will allow for rather generous movement for the piping that doesn't line up at all.
    2. Replace the coupler that joins the two high pipes together with the 30* coupler as it needs a bend because the fucking pipe is angled back towards the radiator because treadstone has their piping made by a bunch of retarded 5 year olds. I needed to trim down the coupler as the one from silicone intakes is rather long. Eyeball twice, cut once.
    3. Unbolted the hotpipe from the intake manifold and placed the 3 washers under the piping mount and tightened back down. This gave me about a half inch clearance so that the hotpipe was no longer touching my valve cover.
    4. After loosely fitting all pipes to couplers and adjusting everything, tighten all clamps down.

After doing all of this, the only slight rubbing I have is a metal fitting on the AC line slightly touching the hotpipe. I reused a piece of the 30* coupler I cut off as a buffer between the two.

Since my shitstone intercooler piping decided to dent up while I was HAND TIGHTENING my clamps....

    I ordered the following:

1 x DM FoST adapter plate w/ all the goodies. Non-port injection b/c I'm lame.
    1 x 90* bend, 1' straight pipe, 1 180* bend 2.5" intercooler pipes from silicone intakes.
1 x 1" BOV T-in silicone coupler from silicone intakes.
    1 x 1" Synapse DV inlet adapter.

    To be ordered:
1 x HTP under route hot pipe.
    4 x CM2 or D02 nozzles.
1 x 4 port methanol distro block and various fittings.
    1 x Wiretuck harness.
1 x AP engine bay dressup kit.

Prometh.com has some pretty slick setups for sale and offer a hard pipe option. I'm going to have to test out clearances with the various nozzle holders I have laying around.

I'm also going to tidy up the engine bay and wrap some wires. I'm thinking about re-wiring my methanol controller to clean that up and drilling a couple of 1" sized holes in the firewall for future wire running.

@g00s3y can you confirm if the turbo can be clocked without removing the whole thing?
