You are asking for a LOT of stuff man. If you are going to do the building, you are gonna have to do some searching. MOS is pretty new, so you might need to google some stuff. Reading the tech manual will give you the basics on what to replace. You can also give some of our MSO Vendors a call to go over your goals and budget on the build.

Here is a good place to start if you are building a motor.
    MZR Motor Build Kit
Price of the kit is based off the website price of the individual items, just all conveniently located in one place. You would still need rods and pistons though.

Thanks guys I have looked at those older list that members here have made I was just intrested in
rebuilding a high mileage engine an the pros and cons of upgrading certain internal parts. It's going to
be a mild build with all bolt-ones an a CS turbo. I was just looking for a newer parts list and available
parts that my have come out recently like the injectors nostrum energy is working on etc.

This was kind of used from MSF. Someone made this a while back, I have modified it to include all the stuff that I bought (including some things that were missing). I also included some nice to haves like spin on conversion. At least this has the whole list of thangs.

Edit: having problems uploading an excel file....so here are some screenshots. Hope this helps.
Edit2: Got the Excel file to upload. Good luck.

Thanks bud I really appreciate the parts list. Are the ARP L19 studs recommended for our platform? Keep reading different things about ARP head studs.

Something else to bear in mind: stock head studs are pretty much known to be fine up to 500whp. I know a local who went 5858 recently and just stuck with stock head studs due to his power goals.

Yes, use the bolts they came with. Pretty much all rods I've seen come with some ARP bolt, be it 625+ or whatever other material. And don't forget to torque them to the proper stretch/tq with the right weight oil too.

Are ARP ok for main bolts or are there other choices besides oem?
