I've bought a used set of 17x8 +45 gold RPF1's for my 2008 Cosmic Blue Speed. I don't have possession of them yet but ordered 235/45/17 Michelin Pilot Super Sports for them today, this will be my daily set up. Discount Tire Direct ebay sale $504 shipped. I have a set of FD wheels that will be getting Bridgestone RE-71's before Mazda Dragon Camp, track and Dragon set up.

17x10 with a 275/40/17 would be a pretty sweet setup!

Would need fender flairs and lots of trimming at least on the speed3; I know nothing about fitment on the speed6.

What tire are you planning on running?

Would stay with 255's for the time being, until I get used to manual steering, I need to check first if 17x10's will clear my BBK though.

Just wondering, those who are running 17x9 with at least 245 width tires, are you able to daily drive with passengers in the back without rubbing?
