I'm excited to share with you our new RMM for the Mazdaspeed 3!
We took a whole new approach to the design of the RMM and I have to admit, the results are stunning.

We have been running a couple prototype RMM's on a beta tester's car out of Idaho and on an employees car (Mr. White) for a little over 3 months now. NVH is surprisingly tame and feel is very solid.

Checkout the listing and video here:
    https://corksport.com/mazdaspeed-3-stage-ii-engine-mount.html

We will release more info in a blog in a couple days. Enjoy!
If you guys or gals have any questions don't hesitate to ask or call Luke and Brett.

Looks interesting! Very engineering-minimalist. A great way to take advantage of the offset built into the stock trans bracket.

If nothing else it's a great study in minimalist design and cost reduction. This should require MUCH smaller blocks of aluminium than the competitors. I'd imagine the plate is waterjet from plate and therefore costs nearly nothing compared to another milled part.

If this works as claimed, it's a pretty elegant solution. Nice work.

Awesome if released a few years ago. Now the market is saturated with RMM. CPE RMM is pretty quiet. I do like the minimalist design. It doesn't look like it would break, but the Damond mount is way beefier. Guaranteed not to break. Weight savings? probably negligible.

CPE is the only other company with a comparable 'stage 2' design, though.

There is nothing on the market like this design. The major and most important difference is the location of the poly bushing. Being further forward reduces the amount of up/down motion the RMM has to control. This allows it to perform better while reducing NVH

It seems like the bottom rear bolt would have to be removed to do things like clutch replacements etc., Where other mounts you won't have to (bolt goes through the carrier, not into the transmission). Are you worried about the threads on the soft aluminum of the transmission being damaged after a while. Helicoils are no fun. Have these been tested on high horsepower cars?

To answer your question about the threads being damaged I'm not worried at all as long as the installer uses common sense. Thread all the bolts in my hand until proper thread alignment is achieved then you can torque them down to the correct spec. The replacement bolt also has 21mm of thread engagement and on an M14x1.5 bolt that is a lot of thread surface area.
To be honest I have probably installed/uninstalled the new RMM more times than the typical owner will ever need to and have not seen any signs of thread damage.
As for testing we have had it on an E85 K04 powered car and a 425whp car for almost 3 months. Part of the testing was on the dyno for the 425whp car.

    @Barett@CorkSport
WTF has been up with your website? When I placed my order for the RMM I saw that the Pulley Set was available, so I ordered both. Then I get a call from Luke, No pulley set available. I was so pissed that I bought your cams and intend on using them to smash up my car while wearing the beanie.

As soon as I finish getting the car together. At least now that I will have a RMM I can get the block mounted, so that's progress.

Ha! You were very close actually. Received a very special piece of Corksport memorabilia. RMM has been installed. What a great design. Even the installation was easy as pie.

Coming from the CS Race RMM myself, I too look forward to your verdict and from what mount you are coming from.
