Ha! That's nothing. The back seat have been folded down for the duration of the project. I finally lifted up the back seat for the first time and found a nice splurge of something.

I would definitely use an oil with high zinc and phosphorus on a built motor, although if you have a cat (stupid California), it's gonna destroy the cat. Been using Brad Penn on my built motor for most of its 61k+ miles and wear metals are much lower than average, according to Blackstone. (UOA is posted in the UOA thread)

Well. It drives. SBS3 Clutch feels amazing. Power steering works well. Don't mind the rattle. I have a loose bracket under my glove box.

    Hum, leaky leak

It puddled right under the reservoir.

Followed the drips up to the reservoir.

So looks like the problem with my caliper turned out to be a bent spindle. You can see in the picture how the top caliper bracket hole is slightly bent towards the wheel. This explains why my caliper was hitting my wheel. Will a washer be okay to fix the issue or should the spindle be replaced?

Replace the spindle, you will never get it aligned right with washers and that shit will not be safe. Going to have to bite the bullet and find a good salvage yard for a spindle. I did the same thing changing out my wheel bearing on my crv.

I sure have bitten a lot of bullets. Wish I could take credit for this being bent. I see spindles on eBay. Might have to get one of them. Damn.

There is a Javier (think thats his name) guy on the facebook groups who is parting out a few speeds in the LA area. His prices are reasonable, his packaging when shipping isnt so hot though.
