Yeah, there are a few ways to run it I think. After going over it with Will, this way made sense, and how he did it on his 900hp set up I think. So I went with it.

Weather has been too cooperative here to get much done on the grocery getter. All ive really been working on is some wiring stuff. Covering all the wiring and hoses with fiberglass heat wrap that i think looks better than the wire loom crap. Hopefully this weekend i can get my fuel pumps wrapped up and wired in and next week im dropping off the intercooler to get it anodized black. I also ordered intercooler piping from speed solutions. I dont have enough space to route my cold pipe how i want so yea.

So today was in the high 40s so i got some shit done. I have all of my vacuum lines routed and tied up how i want. Ive got all my electrical stuff done except running 2 hot wires out of the fuse box. I finally got my whole fuel system wrapped up and new line finished. I uppd the spring rate in my wastegate to 21 psi, man what a bitch it is to get that blue spring in there. I moved my fpr next to the hpfp to kind of hide it and made my split second controller more easy to access to plug in the usb cord to it. Im pretty psyc’d that all i have left is those two hot wires and playing the waiting game for speed solutions to send me the tb adapter and my intercooler pipes. Then ill have to weld on my bov flange and put that stuff on and itll be done. Woohoo

Where did you get that protective wrap? I saw damond motor sports selling it with the OCC kits.

I have a relay triggered by a 4 psi pressure switch that kicks on the second pump. I found it searching around on amazon, its a simple ground switch that is a normally open circut until it sees 4 psi then it closes providing ground to the relay.

The wrap is just fiberglass heat shielding.

You can get it in all kinds of sizes and lengths

Oh, what's the reason for not running both pump for same time? Sorry noob question, was thinking on just hooking relay for the other pump that is directly from battery

Too much fuel, even the factory pump has voltage regulated down during cruising and low throttle inputs.

If you are thinking awd so hard launches then the transfer case is your limiting factor and it will blow up. Other than that it is a great sleeper platform. Needs better mounts for the engine, trans and rear diff. All depends on your goals. Stock fuel system will support about 380hp and thats about as far as youd want to push the stock pistons and rods. The corksport and bnr s3 turbos both make great upgrades to get you there and make it a really fun daily driver. Pretty cheap to just add a corksport turbo, bigger tmic, bigger intake, fuel pump internals and a downpipe and have a really fun, reliable car for pretty cheap.

Yeah, I got a ms3 MY12 tech package, my block is currently at machine shop, not really gonna do "hard launches" just getting scared of TQ steer and no I don't go to gym, last time I did wot log 28psi on 6062 I thought my car turn into mustang, even tho I have nt05 245s front, mazdaspeed6 is so rare here at Hawaii only seen 3 so far lol and 2 of them Is from military dudes, that's how rare they are so price here is kinda expensive, main plan is to get ms6 and turn it to missile gutted, since I'm skeptical on gutting my tech package, kinda waste, although rear of my ms3 is half gutted and I did the most popular mod "engine delete" for more weight savings

Haha duh i dunno why i thought you were someone else. You know i just saw one for sale in Hawaii on the mazdaspeed6 fb group.

Yea my general rule of thumb for fwd cars is 350hp. Anything more is just unsafe, at least you have a big turbo but i bet its intense when it comes on. Maybe try a lower spring pressure in your wastegate and tune your wgdc to help out with traction. I dunno how everyone does it on the speed3s. I want a 6062, im hoping the 5858 keeps me happy. I would say go for a speed6, you wont be disappointed at all.

Thanks for that search on ms6 man. Man yeah I'm actually in the main island "Oahu" that car is in the other island that even tho its hawaii I gotta do all this "paperwork" to get it register and
Shipped to main island really hassle,
We were around 400ish when I was around 28psi with methanol, it's get really violent the higher number you pushing hahaha, yeah I'll try finding. But that ms6 is the price in looking for except $2000 to ship to me LOL

Geez 2 grand is steep to ship a car across a few islands. I guess ferrys arent too popular there or they are way overpriced. I just remember seeing that post a couple days ago thinkin good luck selling that, cant be many people in HI that are in that group on fb.

Well i was surfin the interwebs on ebay and found the seibon carbon fiber hood that they dont make for our car anymore and a guy had one new in the box still so i offered $715 for and they accepted, so i guess ill have a new hood coming in the next week or so. Good timing too since i am thinking i need to pull off my fender flares to get painted and now ill have a new hood that needs painted too.

The regular 6 hood doesnt line up with the ms6 fenders or bumper.
