Well @AYOUSTIN; what do you think about making this tb adapter? I asked speed solutions over a month ago to set me up with one of theirs and some ic pipes and he said hed send me an invoice, 3 weeks goes by and i ask him whats going on that i havent got an invoice yet and he asked for all my info and that was a week ago so i guess they dont want my business or they are too busy. Either way all im waiting on is this tb adapter and intercooler pipes and ill be done and im about to have to start working the fields soon so i cant be waiting months for this stuff. I almost wonder since the stock tb gasket is metal that it might work i dunno.

So i guess its back to the drawing board on making my intercooler pipes, which sucks because that takes a lot of time that i may not have. Im starting to feel like it will be mid summer now before ill have time to finish everything up. Last time i deal with a company on failbook i think. Im not mad if they are busy but hey if someone wants something from you and its gonna take over a month, let them know.

I've got some free time this week. Still need to check my work schedule but if I'm off this Friday and can get material in soon enough I can get it done this week/early next week. Shoot me a PM and we can work out the details.

Alright @AYOUSTIN is working with me on the tb adapter and im back to working on a new set of ic pipes, so hopefully i can get this done this month. Im going with a new route on the ic pipes where the washer res is to make things a little easier. Id ike to get my alignment set at -1.2 degrees of camber to start out and work on it from there once i get out to the track. The track opens up in 2 weeks and id like to get a reliable track tune done in time before all the events start and it gets busy. I think for the track tune im going to dial it down to probably wg boost levels (21 psi) which should be around 400 or so hp and see how i like it. I also have a harness bar and corbeau 4 point harness on the way. As soon as i get rolling again im going to run it over to the grain elevator and hop on the scale and pray for 3500 or less lbs, thats kind of where i figure im at in my head but we will see. Huge thanks to Austin for helping me out with this tb adapter.

I'd buy a TB adaptor from him as well if he's got the time and materials to make a second...

Yea I think I can sling out a second one. I'm ordering material later today so I'll get enough for a second. Should have all the toolpathing done later tonight. After I've got the material ordered and have the tooling done I'll get ahold of you guys to get the rest of the details figured out.

I can make it whatever thickness. 10mm is what he requested and it makes for cheaper stock to buy.

10mm is plenty, i think too much more might make it pretty tough to get a pipe connected without hitting the subframe.

How thick are most other spacers? I'd expect a more gradual taper to yield better flow, would 15mm be doable for your original price?

If that makes a ton more work for you, I'll be fine with 10mm..

Its pretty gradual, it only tapers 4-5mm and the speed solutions one is 1/2” which is like 12.5mm.

You're right 10mm is probably fine, but if he can make it a little taller it'll only flow better...

I can make it thicker but the stock I ordered is 0.5". The difference in flow will be neglible moving from a 10mm to 15mm piece. The important thing is to avoid having sharp edges or steps in the flowstream.

Whatever thickness you can get from the stock you ordered will be fine...
