Use strategically placed paper towel strips around every fuel junction or mating area. Make sure you wrap it up real well. That way you can for sure find a leak even if it's small. Found a small crack this way on a Nator bro's hardline a couple of years back.

Did you check the nylon line with the blue and green clips? That might be cut.

Also check the fuel purge solenoid that goes from the fuel tank to the intake manifold. That could be cut as well and can cause a vacuum/fuel vapor leak.

The fuel purge solenoid is new I replaced that a couple of months ago, hey guys I have a serious problem with this not building boost thing.

It's gotten worse again, now it won't pass 3psi, the waste gate duty cycle is 100% when mashed to the ground, but how do I know thats accurate.

And call my paranoia but I feel like the car is a little louder when mashing the gas, could my manifold be cracked?

You could pull the turbo and hook the wastegate up to an air compressor to see if the flapper opens.

Okay so huge disclaimer I'm sorry it's a very shitty video, but I really hope you guys can see everything going on if not I can do more pulls or even convince one of my friends to hold the camera while I do a pull.

Top left is boost, top right is wastegate duty
Mid left is AFR, mid right knock retard
Bottom left is STFT, bottom right is MAF voltage

What mods do you have i dont see a sig. You need to test the WGA with compressed air to see if its moveing or broken/stuck. Have you took the intake off and check the impeller?

The wga is eather not moving due to some reason or the turbo is fucked.

Where is the gas smell coming from? Under the hood or from the rear?

If this was my car the first thing i would check after seeing that log is the WGA, WG flapper and the ebcs it self. Then i would track down the sorce of the gas smell.

Okay my mods are pretty simple
    HKS Short Ram
Some Random custom Test pipe back exhaust 3"
    Unknown HPFP
    Stratified stage 2 flash tune

When I checked all the cuplers for a boost leak I did do a baby inspection on the turbo, and the impeller has a little oil on it, I take it that's from the valve cover(I don't have a catch can)

The impeller has slight play in it but still spined fine, but I'd just say with this being my first turbo car idk if how it spined was really fine.

The smell of gas comes from under the car during startup, like with my door open my car door, but I swear the weirdest part of that is that is it's only when it takes forever to crank, so my thought was that it's unburnt fuel from cranking.

And yes tomorrow I'm taking it to a shop to have the car boost leak checked.

If you would like I can do another log with different gauges if it better helps you help me?

TBH you should boost leak check your self. It is not hard all you need is a compressor and a half sober trip to home depot. If you were blowing out so much air that you can only build 3 psi then the leak would pin the trims and cause you to run rich at wot.

I am confused you said you replaced injector seals your self while sick as a dog yet you are taking the car to a shop for a boost leak test?? Check the ignition coil ground wire make sure it isn't loose. check the WGA and have some one crank the car with you under the hood sniffing that motor likes its the last pussy you will ever lick!

Got a go pro/chinkeycorder? zip tie it under the hood pointed at the turbo and go wot to see if the arm moves.

The reason I'm taking the car to the shop simply because I want a second opinion from people much more experienced than I am.

I'm admittedly a little nervous to boost leak it myself on the waste gate because from I read it has a rubber diaphragm that you could break if you put too much air through it.

And I don't want to pull anything out senselessly replacing parts without really diagnosing the real problem. I don't want to sound arrogant but I don't have much time anymore to work on my car and do the whole process of elimination.

Question how much of a roll can plug Gap play in a misfire?

These cars are very sensitive to plug gap it seems. It needs to be 0.025-0.028; never trust the pre-gapped plugs either.
What is your HPFP pressure at when you turn the car off after driving?
What is your HPFP pressure with the car on at idle and at WOT?

    Do you hear any chirping?

Okay sorry for the late reply things have gotten a little busy around me, but I had about two hours of free time and I think I definitely found the issue of my problem for the misfire.

But I want to know the cause of it, so I thought you know what I'll pull my plugs and get an idea of what's happening, so I took off the top mount thinking it was the coils for the plugs, but those are still in perfect shape.

When I pulled the first plug, my mind blew holy shit how did this happen, I've never seen the tip of a sparkplug actually break, all of them were terrible 1,2,4 were white like if the plugs were too hot. And plug three was pitch black.

I also noticed alot of oil on the inside of the intercooler, as well as the couplings, for the turbo.

I'm about to test the waste gate with compressed air and see how that goes but this so far is my BIG find

EDIT1: So I just now tested the wastegate and it's as smooth as butter, went back and fourth very easily, this leads me to believe the EBCS is bad? Or is there anything else I should look at first.

EDIT2: So after putting new plugs in(same NGK Lazer iridiums, car is so far starting fast and it doesn't smell like a dump of fuel on startup. I cleared the P0300 light and and am going to be testing the car on the way to and back from work.
