Supply for HPFP and Rail plumbed.

Took the crash bar off to cut some more material away and bring the IC up some more.

Got the coil harness back in. Fits good.

Got the ITFP back in and locked in. Just need to wait for this snow to melt and dry up so I can run this return line.

Have a bunch of 3" charge pipe laying around at work off junk units. Going to use it to make my new cold side. Will have the BPV flange welded somewhere. May relocate it and run it full VTA. Might even make a new underoute hot side out of it.

Hopefully the IM is done in a week or so. Get it in and mock everything up. 20190222_131915.jpg 20190222_131910.jpg 20190223_093600.jpg 20190222_125305.jpg 20190222_125429.jpg 20190223_093552.jpg 20190222_131510.jpg 20190222_125459.jpg

@Sho can y'all confirm what wires are switched? I'm about to order a pigtail so I can extend the TPD harness to the new TB placement. Is it 4 and 3 or 1 and 6

    Should it be

    Chrysler
    5 4 3 6 2 1
    1 2 3 4 5 6
    Mazda

    Or
    Chrysler
    6 5 4 3 2 1
    1 2 3 4 5 6
    Mazda

    Or
    Chrysler
    1 2 3 4 5 6
    1 2 4 3 5 6

From the diagram it appears it should be what @CMajor first quoted
[doublepost=1551120837][/doublepost]Found the pugtail part number. Actually on a Miata page lol

Chrysler, Mercedes, etc. Throttle Plug: TE Connectivity P/N 1924292-1 (or 1924292-5)

Also today ordered a spin on housing, gasket and a universal 3" IC tubing kit on Amazon. Should still be able to run an under route as it has the same fittings as the DIY silicone intakes kit on here. We shall see. I need to Fab a new cold side anyways.

I'm going to try and get to the plug today when I get home. Have a couple of other pics I need to take for my slave cylinder setup so I'll try and confirm the order. It's buried by connectors and hoses so it's not super easy to get to. To make it better all the wires are the same color..

All good no rush. I just got the pigtail and a female plug to make it a pnp harness out of it . Just want to confirm PIN numbers before I make it.

    Updates.
    IM should be done tommorow.
New IM gasket is in. Need to trim the deviders.
Budget 3" IC piping kit came in. For a budget kit it's actually really good quality. Can't beat it for $105.
Turbo came in as well. The size of the turbo too similarly matched the S4. Actually I think there was a misunderstanding on what was wanted lol. Sent it back. Now we are looking at something similar in size to the S6.

Got the crash bar remounted. Figured out where I'm going to strap the IC to. Just need to mock some piping before I officially hang it.

    Aaaand doggos for attention.

Does that plug into the Mazda TB harness, if so where did you get it? I will need one for when I convert the TB.

It's the side for the TB posted the part number in a previous post.

I have the male pin connector I'm going to add onto it which matches the Mazda end. I will try to get a pot number for you later

Still waiting for the IM even if I got it back this snow is killing vibes. Once that comes back I can mock up and start the IC piping.
    Turbo sent back to BNR
    Found and ordered TB gasket
Had some random aluminum strapping laying around the shop. Mounted them to the IC. Going to run the straps up inside the crash bar to hang the IC.

Also ordered some more fuel line and a bunch of fittings. I've been getting requests for feed lines and return lines. So I jumped on ordering a bunch of material.

    Update:
    -TB gasket is in
    -spin on conversion in
    - 8.5/26 15 M&H slicks came in
-Greddy BOV flanged piping and adapter in
-Started a rough mock of the IC piping
    -Still waiting for the IM
-Bought a 1/2" T3 flange spacer and drilled the threads out. EM was built around a PTE so the BNR sat higher and crushed the secondary 02 on the DP against the FW. This will bring it down to where it was ment to be.
    - Waiting to hear back from BNR about the upgraded turbo option
    - Fuel line and fittings in to sling some shedbuilt lines out there.

Will be 4 main feed lines
    2 w. black/red fittings and QDs
2 w. Black fittings and QDs
    2 rail return lines
    1 w. Black/red fittings and QDs
1 with black fittings and QDs

2 lines worth of fittings left over for PI options similar to my setup if requested or more feed lines. (This is not a selling ad) just info on what im planning.

    Uge update. Uge.

First off. The Kmac intake manifold ended up being a bust. The welder tried filling the bung holes in the runners and said the runners were just crumbling from the lack of material. He offered 300$ just to get it done anyways or 700$ to redo the entire thing. I opted for neither. Found a DM ST PI kit being sold for a hell of a price and jumped on it. Aaaand well here's my updated list of what's done. Got lots done. Pretty much all I have left and am waiting for is the Turbo from BNR.

    -DM ST IM Kit installed
-SS controller wires ran and unit mounted
-Return fuel line hung and plumbed used the frame rail along the tunnel with insulated clips and self tappers
-All fuel supplylines plumbed and leak free
-Regulator is reading pressure set it low to check the return line for leaks. No leaks.
    - Got the IC hung and mounted up nice. Hangers had a little too much bend to them. Didn't like the movement the IC was making rocking back and forth. Made a support bracket to alevialle this issue
-Finished mocking the cold side of the IC for the ST IM. Need to make a couple minor adjustments but other than that I think it's solid and should hold up. I located the the BOV right along the radiator in front of the trans.
    - mocked cold side and is pretty much done. Just waiting on the turbo to finish the under route piping
    - got a nice negative decal of my logo to put onto my IC from Jim Fisher the God Of Stickers
    - made my own sleep made bead roller from a set of vice grips and an exhaust hangar. Works great.

    Photo dump incoming

Nice work! Where'd you score that ST PI kit, lol; I need a deal on their PI adapter to replace my current non-PI version.
