Hey! I've had my Speed6 for about a year now. The car has been up and down. It blew a transfer case two weeks into me having it, causing the car to be down for 7 months. Then, I popped 2 tires a month after the car got back to me. THEN I had to get the VVT done. As it sits right now, my mod list includes a Corksport SRI/TIP, Corksport HPFP internals, M2 Ebay downpipe, a custom 3" exhaust with a flowmaster 10 (I know, weird choice), and an OTS tune from Versatune. No dyno yet, but my plans for the car are around 400whp, essentially going BT and built whenever the funds allow it!

What happened was my axle decided to take a day off and blow up in my xcase, but that was after a day at the strip launching the piss out of it [emoji28] right before, I was cruising back home with a car full of friends, and we heard a squeaking noise out the passenger side, also was getting in and out of boost on cruise. Pulled off a ramp, as soon as it stopped it locked up.

Nah, the case is right between the front wheels. And once it goes, it goes hard, and it sucks lol.

Bullshit update: had an appointment to get the exhaust hooked up today, had to cancel because my smart key decided to be a dumb key and my car won't start. Hello new key and programming charges! next Thursday the exhaust will be on!

As its sitting, I'm hooking up my wideband, and my boost gauge, being fed into a three pod cluster mounted where the Nav would be.

Update: It's been 2 months and I'm still throwing a god damn P2187. New gaskets, downpipe fixed, OCC installed, everything clamped as tight as humanly possible, new boost tubes going in tomorrow. Got a K04 rebuild kit coming, side to side shaft play is too uncomfortable, so getting it rebuilt due to finances. Just waiting for this damn code to go away and more money for parts.

Purge Valve Solenoid is one possible cause.

Thanks for the idea, I'll check it tomorrow. I've narrowed it down to the evap system, all couplers and clamps have been check and replaced, so hopefully I can figure this out.

    Update:
Successfully took off the turbo, manifold, and downpipe, replaced all gaskets AND rebuilt the turbo, and put it all back together in 8.5 hours today with help from two friends. Believe we found the vacuum leak as well. Good day!

Long overdue update: Nothing has really changed. I felt like I needed to post something. Car runs good, got a JBR RMM and fixed the pivot shaft seal. Waiting on some money to come in for my tune, as well as my FoST manifold as I wait for my Damond Motorsports PI Manifold adapter kit!

New update not related to my sig pic, car lost timing last night. Yay. Seems to be electrical and not mechanical, with what I saw I'm hopeful that's correct. Got the car towed off to my guys at Speed Solutions to get her fixed up.

Oh, and I got my FoST mani in the mail. Couldn't use it before, sure as hell can't use it now :tearsofjoy:

Thanks guys! @Navy_Mech2 Im sticking with Versatune. @blackms3_71 Im trying man! Thankfully the whole situation was a flop.. The timing and everything was completely fine, just a dirty sensor throwing a code for timing, but the real problem was just a hellacious vacuum leak from my intake manifold. The K04 has been eating oil like a motherfucker, so I'm going on a budget topmount set up. Precision turbo, T3 manifold, custom DP and intake, then saving up to get built. It's coming along nicely!

Quick update: EGR block off is in my possession, waiting on HKS to ship, waiting on a local to buy my TMIC and BPV so I can go front mount, selling an extra clutch flywheel to a different local, waiting until @Jason@DizzyTuning gives the green light for VT tuning, waiting for the Damond PI FOST adapter because I'm just staring at my manifold, and have enough money for all parts and half the turbo on my future 5858 setup.

Have a nice day, thanks for watching.
