    Hello,
I went to install the CorkSport EGR delete kit and removed the egr vavle and added plate with coolent pipe. But I was not able to remove the Pipe that leads to the EGR location. Will everything be ok with this setup? I see damon kits has an option without the pipe block off plug and plate. I messaged Corksport and they simply stated that if not all instructions are followed, I will run into problems but they didnt explain and am thinking this was just a copy/paste answer.

If you're talking about the pipe that comes out of the intake manifold, yes, you will have problems. You'll have a massive air leak.

If both ends of the pipe are still connected and sealed to the side of the head and intake manifold respectively, that's fine. Primary egr delete removes the egr valve itself. Secondary delete adds a plug and a block off plate to replace the pipe.

As Sho stated yes you'll have problems if you don't block off the end of that pipe as it goes to your intake manifold and you'll have an air leak. If you block it off you should be fine.
That being said what's stopping you from getting the pipe off? A properly sized wrench and allot of heft will get it loose it's just a PITA.

Couldn't you just put the block off plate between the pipe and engine, and bolt the pipe back on?

you mean leave pipe in the manifold and block off the back side? yeah that could work. If pipe is in the EGR pump you would need to block the end of the pipe and the manifold

You can just unplug the egr and it won't open
