Well the next DD will be either an A3 or S3 and the next "project" will probably be an LS swapped rx8. But I don't have a timeline on any of that. I am starting a new job soon that is full time WFH so I can take my time and drive my van for now.

Honestly why bother selling the speed?

I just want to get into something else. I am not the type of guy to hold onto the same car all my life. I really like to learn and tinker and I am at a spot with this car where I have done all I wanted. I am not looking for the practical solution lol just for what I want to do. Smart play would be to keep the speed and do even more dumb stuff to it but I am also at a spot in life with kids and work where I can't do that as much so I would rather someone else enjoy it.

Planning to do the bowl work. Is that lip all you did? I am planning to try and sand the bowls smooth if possible with a finer grit so not to mess anything up.

If you have more pics of what you did then feel free to share lol I know you don't even have the car now but still haha

I don't have any more pics, the lip in the bowl is all I really cleaned up.

Poop; I also enjoy that this post in all your posts since 2016 with over 2300 of them is the only one to ever get disliked.
Hope you stay around mso even though you're moving on from speeds.

I'll get on that lol What are you wanting it to have? How people may have ported their heads differently and (if running) how it did power wise?

True  No one wants to give away their secrets right!? Porting seems to honestly be a subject that people don't talk a ton about and it takes much more digging to get much info on

I just went rolled/rounded edges on the intake side with bowl work and stock runners, and on the hot side I had it gasket matched, the inner divider worked a bit and a tiny bit of bowl work. Don't really need much else for sub 600 WHP and IIRC I was flowing 400 WHP worth of air at like 20-21 PSI and 3k foot elevation @8k RPM on a 1.99 liter engine.

Engine shop said they don't see much gains from exhaust side work but seem to see the most on intake side stuff so good thing that's where most of my work went to lol Dropped it off today!!!!!!

Were they saying that in reference to na builds? I would think that fi would benefit from some exhaust work for spool not so much peak hp

A lot of people/places just neglect or write off the hotside alltogether but I feel it's super important to get that shit out of there as quickly and easily as possible. Also fuck reversion.
