2008 speed3. is there any remedy for the bucking when releasing the clutch at low rpm under normal driving condition. its almost embarrasing. seems like its loaded up with fuel or something?

Not really. It's more of a factor of how short the gearing is in 1st gear. Pretty typical when driving in stop and go traffic. My girlfriends 2020 civic si is even worse

Let the clutch out slower and rev match, alsp run a higher rpm will help I rarely go below 2500rpm if I can avoid it I'd rather hangout in 2nd around 2800-3100 than third at 2k or less

Are we talking about downshifting while moving or starting from a stop? I do remember when I first got this car the clutch take up seemed very abrupt and unforgiving when starting in 1st gear.

Nothing abnormal when taking of or downshifting. Just when up shifting normally at like 2000 rpms

Upshifting at 2000 RPM? I'm with EB shift higher. Also you really don't want to get into the turbo at less than 3000 RPM.

Yeah. That's way too low to be shifting. The next gear you're probably below 1500rpm and severely lugging the motor. Doesn't even save you any gas really driving that way either.

I typically shift around 3500rpm normal driving and it's pretty smooth
