Alright that makes a lot more sense! Thanks man you are the bomb. Yea whenever you get that drawing up that’ll be awesome! I’ll try to have this all ordered. So I probably don’t need to fab up anything for the return part just have it pour back in?
[doublepost=1517786619][/doublepost]Also @Maisonvi did you have problems running your Bosch 630cc injectors? Or did they not flow enough? My goal is around 575 which is where my turbo will start to max out.

Its hard to say about the injectors. Math said they should have been fine for my 500hp goal, but with a shitty DW pump, and the inefficient returnless system I was running, it just wasnt going to happen. I ended up getting some ID1000 for $300 brand new, so I just decided to go big and not have to worry about it.

Also, attached is a drawing of how you would do a stock feed line and a DIY return line. This would let you use a drop in pump and the stock line as your feed still. I assume its diameter is big enough to move the fuel you need, but that might depend on your goals. Mine was only 500whp+ on my 3076 so it a modest goal compared to some.

You can have it just dump back into the basket, you might want to add something like a hose fitting to the inside of the bulkhead fitting and then some hose so you can drain into the actual basket and it wont fly out of (you want to keep as much in the basket as you can.

So what do the 5/16 compression fittings look like that you used? I’m having a hard time finding them :( Also curious where you have your fuel pressure regulator mounted? So many questions so little time lol

You could simplify your plumbing considerably by using both the 6an ports on the regulator, as they are both held to set pressure.

    Routing would go:
oem feed --- aftermarket rail --- regulator 6an port --- other regluator 6an port --- Oem HPFP. The regulator's return port goes back to the tank.

Attached are some pics. I have it below my intake on a plate I made with my spit second controller and fan controller boxes on. The right side of the reg is coming from the rail, the bottom of the reg is the return, the left side is blocked off.

Also I threw on a pic of how my HPFP section looks.

That wasnt my plumbing layout, I made my own feed line, so the stock line is a return. and my FPR didnt have 6 an ports on it, they were straight thread.

Could I just put the fpr on the end of the fuel rail and have the pressure gauge on it @Maisonvi?

I dont see why not. I thought about it, but I was worried about the weight and vibrations of it just hanging there. I added a gauge on a fitting on my PI rail as well. you can somewhat see it in the attached pic.

If you follow this make sure the fittings you get for the 90 and 45 are slide on fittings not the ones listed found out the hard way they won’t work

The 45 degree fittings and the 90s. Everything else was perfect lol but those won’t work with that hose

Ken @Maisonvi would be proud lol. Getting the system rolling now should be close to startup. Got the 1000cc injectors as well.

Had to run all new lines and completely bypassed the stock feed line and ran all new lines up to 3/8. So all the flow now lol.

The problem I ran into was breaking off the nipple to the stock feed line. After lots of cursing and crushing a case of beer or two I decided still out and put another bulkhead fitting in and run another line and call it good lol. Thanks for this awesome thread and write ups and advice ken. Glad to finally have the car going strong

Hey man, I was wondering why is the left side of the PI rail blocked but the diagram/drawing you attached to one of the posts above is that a fitting is connected there?
