I recently had an issue with my passenger side coilover where the ear that connects to the end link was bent a little and started rubbing the inner fender. My coils are out of warranty but I figured I would email Megan anyways to see what they thought. I have about 40k on the coils and other than this issue they have been great and not a bad ride for as flat as the car is. I received an email back from Brian at Megan in less than an hour and they were happy to help and asked for pictures. I sent them everything I had and explained to them the issue. Brian was very responsive and friendly even with it being out of warranty. He said they would replace the shock cartridge for free after reviewing my photos. I am 100% satisfied with them and how they treat their customers. I am in the process of filling out the claim and will keep you all updated.

These are the coils I have.

Looks like they do. Mine were purchased from Amazon but this site seems to have the best price. Only gripe I have besides the bent ear is that at max height they are almost a little too low. If you want it super low they will get you there but at max height they are low but still are very DD worthy.

Thanks for the link. If it's too low at max height, that might be a deal breaker for me. I'm almost scraping at the steep entrance to our office and that is on stock suspension LOL.

I can't speak for the gen pu kit but that is how the juan is. I had to get a low profile jack to jack it up once I put my 245 40r17 on as well.

If it is just the front that is too low a set of camber plates will add back 3/4 " - 1" of ride height. almost seems like the intent is for them to approximate stock with camber plates.

They come with a camber plate. I guess you could add a spacer or something. [IMG]

i would not be inclined to add a spacer. sounds like they had a damper body on the shelf that was almost the right size and made it work for this application

Well this needs and update. I recently decided to raise the front of my car up due to tire wear and not wanting such a low life. I had issues with the coil rings being seized and has been a nightmare. I don't blame Megan Racing at all for this as this is pretty much how it goes when you DD the car in salty winters.

So it has been over a year and I contacted them again and they got back to me right away and answered all my questions. I honestly thought maybe it was a fluke before and I just got a new person who cared and wanted to help but it seems like they really have customer service figured out. This type of customer service is fantastic and makes me for sure want to support their products in the future. Besides my coils being too low "thanks previous owner" I have actually been very please with how they have performed DD duty. Can't wait to get it back on the road.

They were actually not maxed out for height I was just looking at them wrong and did not know how to adjust them correctly like I do now.
