Throttle Body Porting - Yes or No?

    The VTCS delete would be something basically free to do along with the porting of the TB to help magnify those small changes as well right?

    Yes, but deleting VTCS will provide better power up top with a little loss in mid-range torque.

    Oh alright so removing it will create less torque? What would cause that in deleting it? I just don’t have a lot of experience yet and am wondering..

    Google-fu - think about it you're removing a restriction in favor of top end HP, there's always a compromise. There's plenty of posts around about it more knowledgeable and detailed about the subject than me. Now if you replace with a new manifold designed to make more power everywhere that statement isn't necessarily true.

    Deleting vcts and porting intake manifold is like the poormans upgrade. I know because I have one.
