    I continue to like mine. I tried the Damond PMM but went with a less known brand and even though the NVH has increased more than a bit, I am getting used to it.

    Since I've only out about 30 miles on it I can't really put a solid opinion on it, plus it is my first ever mod. So I haven't tried other rmm to compare it to. NVH is way up over my 88k miles stock mount. Cruising at 60mph it feels tame but you can still feel a difference over stock. It's when going through the rmps and shifting that I can really feel the vibes mostly in the cabin and my seat. Off the line performance is way better than stock. Wife's first ride after the rmm makes her think it sounds like the neighbors WRX because of the sounds in the cabin.

    Yep, it does magnify engine sounds.....like I posted earlier or somewhere when I lowered it and added the CS turbo back exhaust, the DM PMM was just too much noise and vibration in the cab, so I went back to the stock PMM. Since then I have gone with the Sure Motorsports PMM, which looks like the architecture of the stock unit, but with out the oil filled bladder in the stock. This one has a large rubber tube in the mount. By my memory it has less NVH than the DM, but still adds a bunch of noise and especially vibration in the cab.

    I’m still debating purchasing a new stock type PMM. I have no intentions of replacing the CS Stage II unit you just installed because it REALLY improved the engine movement during acceleration. I did a lot of mods in a short period of time so it is hard to isolate the effect of each one. I guess I should look back to see.....

    Oh, well this is the first time I have seen them anywhere. I actually found their PMM by accident when searching for something else. Once I found them, their website was pretty interesting. Thanks for letting me know.

    I'm sure it didn't break the bank to buy it.

    Changed my plugs! Installed a damond OCC the other day (about a week now) drained it today and nothing came out! But I've probably driven maybe 100km since I installed it so that's not surprising. [IMG][IMG]

    Looked at the MS3 and commented on how filthy it was, them went back to adjusting the parking brake on the winter beater. I'm trying to get ahead of it this year because I hate working on it in the cold.

    I have an NA FC RX7 with an S4 motor staged up in the MS3's garage bay. I should be able to attempt to start it this week now that the pool isn't taking up all my time at night. Then I'll pull the motor and get started on the RX3.

    I have amassed a bunch of parts I can’t install. I picked up new fender liners, upgraded strut mounts/bearings, front and rear end links, rear shock mounts, CS rear sway bar, Eibach sport springs, FatCat shortened rear bump stops, oil filter adapter plate, and every single nut, bolt, and rubber isolator for these parts.

    Problem is Bilstein B8s are on back order and likely not available until August or September. Might have to buy a OEM strut to make it that long.

    Yeah, every since my car melted, that project got a lot harder. I can still make the mount, but all the basket modifications would be on you.

    @ToyCop any chance your B8 order can be cancelled? They've been on backorder from Bilstein US for months, but I and some others have snagged them from the UK via ebay over the last few months without issue (apparently the backorder is only stateside). good prices and surprisingly fast shipping. https://www.ebay.com/usr/tdcautomotive

    I never ordered because I’ve been checking everywhere for a set. That eBay link doesn’t have any listed at the moment. I’m heading to Germany in a couple of weeks and may have my nephew check on grabbing me a set there.

    @SharksInSpace
    EDIT: Found their website and ordered a set. About a $120 premium, but both dampers on my passenger side are shot and I’m growing impatient. Thanks for the link. Did Customs ding you on the shipment? Too lazy to dig through the HTSUS to see the rate.

    I didn't have any issues. I grabbed a front pair from that guy for less, after shipping from England, than the lowest domestic price I could find before shipping. And avoided the months-long wait. He had them shipped out in about two days after the order, and they arrived in something like three days after that. I couldn't believe how quickly they made it from overseas....I've had smaller items from across the states take twice as long to arrive. I know a few other people ended up ordering from him after I did and also had good experiences.

    I found a flaw on their site. If you order all 4shocks as a kit it’s £40 more than ordering the front and rears separately. The full set also lists 3 front part numbers and a single rear, which probably accounts for the error. I sent them a message so they’ll hopefully fix my order. It will be within about $40 of the cost here so I’ll be happy. Hopefully, I can get to wrenching in a couple of weeks instead of months. Thanks again for the tip.

    Bilsteins should be here after the holiday, but I upgraded my other ride with new grips.

    Made some tweaks to my wgdc table to get boost up to target in the mid range. Now to wait for a day where it isn't a million degrees out so I can log
