I got my traction bar installed that I bought from the first group buy, and figured I'd throw my opinions and first impressions out there on this thing...

For starters, install was a breeze. Not even close to fouling on anything. Perfect fitment. When I did my first oil change, however, I realized that it's DIRECTLY in the path of the oil stream, so invest into a giant drain pan that can catch the 65 split streams of oil shooting in every direction lol. But aaaaanyway...

I'm pretty well over stock everything, and I often had to use the G.I. Joe Kung Fu Grip on the steering wheel at WOT before the bar due to horrendous torque steer, and now I can basically go WOT with one hand on the wheel. Torque steer has been almost completely eliminated.

Overall, I can say with absolute confidence I can already 100% recommend this product for anyone who races in a straight line. As for cornering, I destroyed my drivers side ball joint while testing at autocross, so my results may not be the best at this time. More on that later...

Getchu that Fumoto quick drain valve for the oil pan; it should extend the outlet, or you can attach a hose to it, to where it won't splatter so mich.

I have the same setup with about 3” of hose. Easily clears a lower tie bar.

I thought I posted a review, but it’s not here and I am, so a quick 2 thumbs up! One for the front brace and the other for the rear brace.

I posted elsewhere that a pretty good amount of the NVH that I induced with motor mounts and lowering, etc.

I am completely delighted with the effects of these braces. I am also noticing that my noisy end links on the rear sway bar are considerably quieter. I am surmising that this is due to the stiffness of the frame induced by these braces.

Mine will stay on my Speed with thanksgiving. They are very well made and customer service was excellent!

    God bless you all!
