Now I am going to preface this, because it needs one.
These numbers are not verified. By no means am I saying these are concrete. But then again, it's what the dyno read and to some that is all that matters. I WILL CONFIRM AGAINST OTHER DYNOS FOR CONFIRMATION. Also, we still have to smooth out the tq curve, but that will be done on the street.
Today was the day I strapped my car to the dyno and get everything dialed in.
Rob Finkle at Hypnotic has been tuning my car since the beginning and I cannot thank him and all of my friends for what I saw today.
My car made 515/424 on a Dynocom 6500 AWD dynomometer here in Michigan. Again, by no means am I saying these are absolutely 100% concrete. Google is saying that elevation where the dyno is, is about 0.166mi. Do with that info what you will.
    But anyways, enjoy.
And no, the fuel system does not have a return.

Just gonna post this VD and bump the thread and say nothing else. Yes, the quality is shit but it was sent to me and you're gonna have to deal with it for now.

    Starting from scratch.
    Stay tuned ()

The car has already made over 400/400. Just recently switched tuners and started from scratch and this is where the current map puts us. We have a few ideas for the end result.

Just mainly showing how beautiful that boost curve and powerband is, as it's not really done yet.

Looks to me like you got just the tip of 400. Really love the art work of this curve. Boost control is a little wonky though. Should probably check WGDC and EBCS lines.

Vdyno looking great! You might have had a blip of wheelspin there for a few RPM but overall I think it's pretty stout.

    So little update here.

Switched up tuners if it wasn't known already. I am currently sworn to secrecy on the new one, but eventually he may make himself known. I'll get some VD pics soon. We ended up starting from scratch and really focused on the boost curve and how power comes into the band and so far it's insane. Car is feeling great. Got my dump tube repaired by a dude here at work for a few bucks that should last me through the season, looking into a manifold replacement soon anyways probably coming after the winter.

We're going to try really hard to get a solid dyno pull over 500 on this S4v2 (technically again), I am determined. But we're gonna max it out, set up a hot tune, and dial it back down to a good street tune and then get a solid tune for when I hit the track and start doing things with the car. I just really want to see what this turbo is really capable of for pure curiosity sake.

Also going to be plumbing my VC breathers into the exhaust. Instead of doing a catch can and cluttering up the bay more and having it reek of oil, i'm pulling a page from the old school cars and running two small tubes off of the downpipe with 10an fittings on the end and routing to the VC. This in turn will create a sort of venturi effect, and pull the crankcase gas out of the VC and not reek of oil in the process, and eliminate the need for catch can maintenance.

Kinda doing some weird stuff I haven't seen on this platform (since I have been here). I enjoy trying new things, especially now that this is not my daily driver anymore (pics of new daily coming soon along with general pictures!). Excited to really be able to dig deeper and take my time with things. More consistent updates to come.

WGs that are positioned at a 90deg to the manifold typically have a hard time working efficiently, are you seeing boost creep?

Also, I have tried to do PCV into angled bungs in the DP, and it did not work for me... How is that working out? I always wondered if its because exhaust pressure on turbo cars doesn't make a venturi effect and more blows exhaust out every possible opening thus blocking the pvc and also causing turbo oil drain to not function properly, resulting in smoking turbo (happened to me, went away as soon as I went back to stock PCV config).

No creep with the EWG. Only saw creep when it was IWG but it is a common issue running high boost on an S4.

Still have yet to do the PCV routing, but I have heard from a few people that it is working great for them. I am putting it far enough downstream (I think) to where it should not be a problem. I am avoiding the downpipe and putting it around/after where the test pipe/second cat would be. I think that far down will be enough to create a venturi, but not so much velocity from the exhaust where it will feed back up the hose. But we shall see.
