I recently had some climate control lights go out in my MS6 and had to replace them. That shit is easy. Unfortunately, while I was in there I unplugged my aux port mod and had to figure out how to rewire my 3.5mm jack onto the head unit. The instructions on M6F are long-gone, and while there are threads on MSF, most of the images aren't properly hosted at this point.

So, without further ado, here's how to remove an MS6 head unit and install an auxiliary port for your stereo system for around $15.00. (I've got a BT system hooked up to the aux port, so I now have bluetooth in my '06 MS6!)

Mind if I ask where on God's green earth did you find the lights for the climate controls? I've been looking all over the internet for them and cannot seem to find them.

No problem at all (also, sorry for the sluggish reply). The part number for the bulbs is: gj6r-61-c95

I wouldn't bother buying them from Mazda, though, as they're ludicrously overpriced at most dealerships (like $11-ish per bulb - https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts/mazda-bulb-aircon-switch-gj6r61c95).

So, here's what I've done in the past: go to autolumination.com and buy some "neowedge T4 type B incandescent" bulbs. (http://www.autolumination.com/autom...strument-panel/neowedge_incandescent_bulb.htm).

They're $1.99 each. They are clear, but so are the Mazda ones. The only difference is that the Mazda bulbs have a little orange rubber cover over them. You can remove the orange cover and put it over the new bulbs as you install them.

    Good luck!
