Spring Dragon Camp 2020

Dates are set for April 23rd-April 26th. Some lodging options and rates are listed below. Grab what you can. I'll try to update what's open on monthly basis.

Guys lets use this as the official planning area for Spring 2020 this post and the forums so we can get an idea of where everyone is staying.

Dragons Rest Cabins

Farm House: 4 Bed Room 2 Bath $194 a night + $100 cleaning fee at end of stay.(Looks like up to 13 nut to butt in the beds and a couple couches as well. Technical max is 8 occupants I believe.) 1st night up front.

Creek House: 3 Bed Room 2 Bath $175 a night + $100 cleaning fee at end of stay.(Looks like up to 10 or 11 in the beds and 1 couch as well. Technical max may be 8 as well.) 3 night minimum 1st night up front.

Cabins: Total of 6 cabins 1 bath each with open floor plan, 3 cabins with 3 queen beds + 3 bunk beds(Looks like up to 12 nut to butt, but that's over the technical max.) 3 cabins with 3 queen beds only(so 6 nut to butt) each cabin is $80 per night + $15 per person(up to each group per cabin how they want to handle it and report who's staying there).

So we can host about 35-40 in this compound. If we want to do some group stuff lets organize a paypal for that spot and get deposits etc.

Quality Inn(Aka Microtel)

Rates Vary here from $100 avg per night to $123 avg per night for the weekend. The entire hotel is pretty much open. First come, first serve. No group discounts anymore. Get on Choice Hotels app and do some looking to try and save a few bucks.

Room #1 Full & Full $115 per night sleeps 4.
Room #2 King & Bunk Bed $125 per night sleeps 4.
Room #3 King $115 per night sleeps 2.
Room #4 King & Bunk Bed $125 per night sleeps 4.
Room #5 King & Bunk Bed $125 per night sleeps 4.
Room #6 King $115 per night sleeps 2.
The Lodge 4 Kings 8 Twins $269 per night Sleeps 16.
