I'm incapable of making good decisions, y'all.

Picked up a WWP Ms6 from my homie @Timspeed3 yesterday. Car was originally brought to Ohio in 2013 with 39k miles by our friend Eric. It was bone stock at the time. In the time he owned it, he added an HTP 3" Intake, Forge V1 bpv, Cp-e TMIC, Autotech hpfp, CS race pipe, magnaflow cat back, a front strut bar, damond trilogy mounts, both SURE diff mounts, BC Coilovers, whiteline rear sway bar, 93 octane freektune and some gold xxr 530.

Vvt was done by old NATOR local in 2014.

Tim bought it off him in 2018 with 57k miles with plans to do an all out build on it, but then decided to give that treatment to his Gen 1. And ended up never really driving the 6

A few weeks ago we met up at a local brewery and made a deal for me to take it off his hands since im still waiting on the custom High Comp pistons and kelford cams for the gray ms6 and totally bored with driving my 2.5L mz3 everyday.

Car has ~58k miles on it and is stupid clean.

    Plans for now:
    -have airbag recalls completed
-new trans, PTO, & rear diff fluids
    -buff and re clearcoat headlights
-Purchase new Accessport (previous AP was stolen out of the car)
-Have car retuned on 93 and also E30
    -different wheels (last priority)
-repaint hood (rock chips), then have entire body ceramic coated
    - window tint
-when I have the spare time...valve cleaning, upgrade injector seals, and have injectors cleaned and tested.

in the meantime, im gonna have to find my Bluetooth obd2 dongle and get some logs w/ torque pro to see some data. Be curious to see how a tune from 2013 or 2014 is holding up

White is literally the best color of the speed6. Those wheels are kind of dope too.

Wicked! That body makes me want a ms6 to go with my pu.
Sounds like you've got a good find for a daily!

My freektune from 2014 is holding strong as long as I keep those plugs fresh and maf sensor clean . Assuming everything is mechanically sound (which based on owner history sounds like it is) I'm sure you'll notice the same.

Possibly. But i worry about it rusting to hell with the amount of salt that is used around here in the winter.

Wow. Very clean! I usually don’t like those wheels on speeds but that combo actually works

I hear ya. They put some sort of liquid down in wisco instead of rock salt. Much more far reaching than rock salt.

    Livin that Wisco Brine Life.

Isn't there also some sort of beet juice concoction they can use that isn't corrosive to cars? I think I've read about that as an alternative to salt/brine but I don't remember any of the details.

They use the beet juice concoction here as a pre-salt measure. Before they dump tons of salt over top of it haha. Makes no sense

Did a couple things yesterday. Took the car up to oddball to use their lift to swap all the drivetrain fluids and do an oil change.

75w90 tribodyn in the PTO, Trans and rear diff. And 10w30 tribodyn in the engine. Will be running UOA for @Enki Oil thread to see if the 30 weight holds up like the 15w40 i use in the built motor thats in my other car.

There were some cool cars up at the shop being worked on as well.

1930 Chevy, a 69 Camaro and my buddy Marlons msp track car thats in for a digital dash and cleaning up all the vac lines in the engine bay

Buddy of mine came up last Friday to shoot some pics of the car. Still cant get over how good these cars lines/design looked and still look after 14 years. Gotta fix the oem lip thats cracked and tidy up the sti replica lip...which is really bothering me now in some of these pics. 2 small dents to take care of via PDR and then i gotta fix the hood before next winter (small cancer spot on the underside)

If anyone wants to see the hilariously slow logging rate of the Torque Pro app via OBD2 Bluetooth dongle....lol. 3rd gear log attached. I'll have to see if I can log with the AP from my other 6 properly to get a VD graph.
Looks like 18.7psi peak boost and 14.5* advance up top on this 93 octane map. Flowing 275g/s
