    Update: Got an email from SP63 and an order has been placed for a new set of gen1 breathers, and they should be available sometime after April 13-16, and the website inventory will be updated.

    (I'm the same guy as above, just happen to be at my computer, not Tapatalk today.)

    @JohnnyTightlips

    Potential candidate for axle snap rings for whoever needs them. I got them from the dealership for $1.07

    This is installed on my axle now and it fits. I will give more report when the car actually runs.

    Just to update I've had the Gates 34044 thermostat in for about 5k miles. No issues and cracks at the correct temp.

    Yeah but I only see this on Amazon. If you look today, you won't see what price because they are out of stock but 1 quart doesn't go over $4

    I need to replace my clutch and I had heard good things about the LuK Fidanza flywheel. Does anyone have any extra information about that combo not working together anymore? I called LuK and they said they hadn't made any changes.

    • OEM - LuK 10-064 Clutch Kit ** Recommended for under 400ft/lbs tq
    • LUK design has changed 01/01/19, has to be modified to work with fidanza, will update if this changes

    Fidanza updated the flywheel months ago to correct the issue. You should be good

    They should've fixed that. A local bought one and it fit his LuK kit just fine.

    Hey J-dawg, would it make sense to label the parts as fitting Gen1, Gen2, or both? I know the brakepads will fit both gens, and some of the other stuff too. Just to avoid making another thread for gen2...

    Should add the cpe DP to the list, catted I have is great! 120k on it now and I'm the second owner, fits well and holding up to Canadian winter daily driving. I'm sure the catless is the same

    That's actually pretty good. My Ebay DPs held up about 50K and 3+ years but I had to change them for other reasons. I have an uncatted one now from a previous NJ owner that is 100K but the flex section is starting to come apart.

    Do we have any options for fuel pressure sensors? Or we we stuck with buying a replacement rail that comes with it.

    There was a thread where someone mentioned using the one from a Cobalt. I'll have to see if I can find that.

    Do not save yourself the $200. Get an OEM MAF or ask your mechanic for another car models MAF that's compatible. This part has already crapped out on me.

    Please remove from the proven list.
