So I put the CST4 on today along with a grimmspeed 3 port ebcs. Tuner said it needs to be hooked up in interrupt mode to avoid overboosting. So if I hooked this up wrong what’s going to happen? Will I know it’s happening? Is it as simple as watching the boost on my AP? If so what number am I looking for? I was going to email the tuner to find out but I don’t want to wait 2-3 days to drive my car while I wait for his reply. He’s been very helpful so far but I’m sure he’s busy so figured I’d ask here first.
Also while I’m asking questions I’m going to throw this in here. When I gave the tuner my mod list I told him I had the Cobb catback. Well all my parts came in but UPS has lost my catback. Is it going to hurt to drive the car until the catback comes in?

Engine is stock. Cobb intake and TIP, CST4 , CorkSport FMIC , 3.5 map sensor, Cobb dp, hpfp internals,

This is the way I hooked it up if anyone can tell me if it’s correct.
The nipple that’s on the turbo I hooked up to port 3. The line on the actuator that was hooked to the turbo nipple I put a cap on. The other nipple on the actuator I ran to port 2. Port 1 I ran to the little hose on the Cobb turbo inlet pipe. Anyone know if that’s right?

    Which brand ebcs?
If you hook it up wrong, you'll overboost like a mofo

This is the most common routing. Disregard what I scratched out as that is for an external wastegate and for a grimmspeed controller. But routing should be quite similar

Thank you. It is the grimmspeed ebcs. I’m pretty confident it’s right but I’m just not sure that I am hooked up to the correct nipple on the wg actuator.

Also does port one go to the intake manifold or the intake that goes to the turbo? These probably seem like stupid questions but I want to make sure I done this right.

It goes to the intake/TIP, there will be a hose barb on the side that the line runs to.

If you hook it up wrong you'll go from 0-30psi in like a second and you'll KNOW. On a basemap you'll probably be around 17-18psi target, that's where I was on my cst4 at gate pressure.

There's no pic here..... If you're worried upload a pic of your ebcs and note what ports go.to where on the pic and we can confirm for you.
Follow sho"s diagram and you'll be fine

Thanks again to all of ya. There are 2 nipples on the actuator for the wastegate. Does it matter which one the ebcs is hooked to?

The one closest to the turbo inlet connects to the turbo... Should have come connected like that free end to the ebcs. Screen shot from CD site
If you're capping it off the CS install instructions tell you how to do it....
