Also did the oil change and took a sample to send off to Blackstone Labs for a UOA

Be curious to see how this oil held up after a hard 5k miles.

Also stopped by my buddies house. Chatted for a bit and took a peak at his V60 Polestar brake and suspension setup since he was doing the brakes.

Wild seeing ohlins suspension from the factory and such awesome brakes on what seemingly looks like a family wagon lol

Not much to update recently. Got my window visors in from protuninglabs. Also stopped at Center of the World, Ohio after a nice drive and visiting a friend.

Bigger updates coming this summer tho...

Otherwise. Just been enjoying going on drives when its been nice out.

Also took the car on a trip to Louisville, KY a few days before memorial day weekend. It took it lile a champ. 800 miles round trip on 2 tanks of 93. And the way back, I took all back roads.

Big thanks to my buddy Will for the help this weekend.
    What do we have here...?
Bye bye small intake and tmic 20200613_121843-01.jpeg

Cams lookin super clean at 65k (the bluish stuff is the motor oil in using)
    20200613_144836-01.jpeg

Bye bye magnaflow and cs test pipe
    20200613_182511-01.jpeg

Hellcat pump by Pat at shedbuilt/dwr with a radium venturi running off the return.
Stock feed is used as the return and there is a -6 bulkhead for the feed
Gotta figure out why my gas gauge shows empty at half tank and just over half tank when full. But otherwise everything is working great
    20200613_205918-01.jpeg 20200613_205920-01.jpeg 20200613_210700-01.jpeg

    Bye bye baby snail
    20200614_132646-01.jpeg

Fuel line routing for the feed on the 6 works out nicely. There is an empty spot on the brake line holders down the driver side.
    20200614_155324-01.jpeg 20200614_155330-01.jpeg

Need to clean up some of the lines and stuff. And then powder coat or paint all the intercooler piping black. But otherwise, shes ready to have a lil bit of fun
    20200614_230313-02.jpeg

Yes this is a stock block car. And yes I know what I'm getting into haha!!

Plan is 350-360tq with a nice flat curve til my sleeved block is ready.

The old built motor that was in the gray car and my gen 1 ms3 is now gone to a new home.

    Setup is:
65k mile stock engine. (Vvt/timing chain and all components done in 2015 here locally)
    JMF W/ PI
    Aeromotive fpr
    Split second controller
    Cp-e PTE Vband exhaust mani
    PTE PW46 EWG
PTE 6266 Gen 1 JB turbo
Kozmic dump tube modified by Jimi (need to install before doing pulls)
Kozmic Downpipe for PTE turbo with Cp-e manifold
    Corksport catback
    Kozmic egr delete
Shedbuilt Hellcat Pump w Radium Venturi

    Drivetrain wise:
    SURE rear diff mount
    JBR Trilogy Mounts
    BC Coilovers
    Whiteline rsb

DSS Rear axles and Billet t-case caps will go in before any launch attempts are made lol. But that won't be for a bit

Just some fun. 350-360tq at the wheels should allow for some 400+whp fun

    Updates:

Took the car out this morning before work and did a test hit in 3rd while watching the Boost and AFR like a hawk. Let out at 5500rpm as boost hit 25psi. Oops. But thank goodness the PI is hooked up and functional.
    20200616_160117_HDR.jpg

Took a peak at the log. And decided itd be a good time to give everything a once over another time just in case.

    Found 2 things.
    1. Bolt/nut on downpipe to catback connection on the driver side was gone and on passenger side the nut has fallen off. Oops. Had some grade 8 bolts, nuts and washers laying around. So took care of that. Let the exhaust heat cycle a few times during the day. And then checked again that they were torqued down this evening.

    2. After inspecting all the ebcs/ewg lines and making sure it was all connected properly, I decided to check something as the car finally decided to throw a p0245 for the wastegate solenoid control...

Key On Engine Off....WOT. Ebcs should pulse if there is commanded wgdc in the tune.

So i changed my base map to 10% wgdc everywhere and did my above test. No pulsing and no noises from the ebcs. Just the CS throttle body moving.

So my buddy @Azazelthegreat saves my ass and had a brand new ebcs laying around. We hooked it up, did the KOEO WOT test and lo and behold, ebcs pulses and you can hear it doing its thing

Hooked the lines up and sent it on that modified base map with a tiny bit of WGDC, keeping an eye on AFR, boost and kr.

Obviously rich past 5k and a hair lean before 5k, but nothing im too worried about. I'll let @Realgib3 dial in the rest

This is on E48 with moderate timing. 14.5psi spring with 10%wgdc from 3k to 7k. PTE 6266 of course

Double post. TR1235 hides quite well behind the bumper compared to how I had it with my ms3 lol. Had to take off the STI lip and center air guide splitter thing. But oh well. Probably figure out a way to mount the STI lip at a later date

    Ms3 25s4cph.jpg

    Ms6 20200616_193503-01-01.jpeg

So far the past 2 days, coolant temps have pretty much stayed between 183-190 when moving. So hoping its not an issue once it gets back up into the high 80's here and warmer over the next week.

26psi. Time to fatten up spool up afr and lean out past 5k to 11.6 or 11.7

Goal is to manage tq of course....so 20psi around 4200rpm, tapering up to around 28 at 7k. Should result in peak tq being nice and far out in the 6k range to keep both the rods and the clutch happy.

Need to add more wgdc between 3k and 5k and maybe pull some out around 5.5k and 6k.

Go from there. But so far so good!
