    Was Dale Gribble's thread about ducting to his intercooler on this forum or the old one? He went through all of the iterations. If I recall correctly the two biggest factors were quality of the intercooler core itself and sealing off the front end and ducting to the intercooler. I think the best core that he found was the cpe top mount that he had modifies to use as a front mount

    Old forums most likely. :-/

    The archives may have it still...with a bit of work.

    Here are the photos from the thermo-camera. They are small but they do show the temps clearly.

    IR630 = Intake temp
    IR629 = Intercooler Hot Pipe temp
    IR628 = Exhaust Manifold temp
    IR627 = Intake Manifold temp
    IR626 = Intercooler Cold side tank
    IR625 = Intercooler Hot side tank
    IR624 = Front bumper/exterior surface temp

    Been busy finishing house projects so I haven't had time to modify anything yet. I will try and post an update before I store the car for the winter.

    I know others have said no to it, but DEI titanium wrap dropped exhaust manifold runner temps almost 100*F for me. It should be noted that I had the manifold ceramic coated when I ordered it from full race. You can use titanium wrap without soaking it in water. It is well worth it IMO.

    Ducting, ducting, and more ducting. This will make a bigger difference than you think.

    Another thing to consider is some kind of vent for your hood, that is if your car is dedicated for track. This together with ducting will really transform the car. Its no secret that a turbo manifold gets hot, so if you can draw a bit of that heat out it will help too.
