I've been looking here for some time for a write up. I am trying to save $900+. Many spoke about a write up on MSF but I'm done with that site. If there isn't a write up, a recommendations for a better priced location with quality for the right gains needed...increase in flow etc

I did mine by hand myself. Just a gasket match, no real bowl work. Not really a way to put up a guide for what I did though.

Put on gasket, sharpie out inside of gasket, grid away sharpie and smooth it out into the chamber.

Cant find any good pics of the intake side but I gasket matched that and knife edged it. It flows really well. Could it flow better with bowl work and all that? Yeah for sure. But it looks like I just broke about 500 hp on 93 at 25 psi, so the system is moving air for sure. Guess it depends on how far you want to go with it.

Once I get my garage cleaned out and make a new bench I may get back into porting stuff. I made said thread on MSF, never brought it here because it exceeded the attachment limit for a post here.

Also I'm lazy when it comes to making long posts

I think that was post I googled but I'm not supporting MSF anymore. I remember reading up what you did. I wanted to read up on it again or note taking reasons because this would be an interesting experience especially with bowl work.

Adapted Performance have a single runner intake gasket.

I believe it would work out good for the CS https://corksport.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/Mazdaspeed-Intake-Manifold-Runner-Outlet.jpg or JMF manifold http://www.therpmstore.com/resize/S...6/4__45551_zoom.jpg?bw=550&w=550&bh=550&h=550

This will be an interesting endeavor.

I know he is. I have purchased a few of his projects and I have a few more to get including that gasket. I was referring more to the outlining of that gasket to match up with the head and IM. I have RC PnP IM but it's not a single running. I know it it said to be limited because of the design and more even if you convert it to single runners (I can be wrong). I just want to make the right decision of porting the heads. I know it's a patience game with this.... do you have any recommended measuring tools I use to make sure everything is being ported properly and flow increased at a good balance or is that for the machine shop to test etc?

Nothing special. Just eyeballed it and got rid of thing that looked like it would restrict flow

You're intake side looks amazing. How did you ensure it was equal? I really want to attempt this but do not wanna fuck this up.
