Did you check the coil pack ground? It is near the HPFP and can be easy to miss.

Are the plugs wet or dry?

Ballast on the frame horn plugged in?

Not much to go on here.

Check you crank position sensor, the pigtail(connector) should be facing inside towards the engine.
some people install it back wars since its easy to get confused.

Is the sensor aligned properly with the correct crank pulley tooth?

Oh right, sorry, I was remembering a different issue.

I’d suggest you spend some time with the ground on the plate near the hpfp. A while back I was having a spark issue and I ended up bolstering the connection by running a wire from it to the negative battery terminal. That’d just take a few minutes for you to try out. More recently I spent some time sanding the plate and the ground wire metal piece to improve the ground connection and fix an intermittent fuel pressure sensor issue.

I blew timing and I replaced the vvt, head gasket, injectors, injector seals, turbo, manifold, and fuel pump all fuses and relays inside and out Now I’m not getting spark it cranks and cranks just no spark battery will be at 12-14 volts drops to anywhere between 7-9 volts when cranking what would you say my problem is? Alternator?

Yup sounds like battery is low, try jumping the car and see how that goes, if the voltage drops once running and doesn't maintain then yes could be alternator
