Hello everyone I’m new to this forum. But I need help with tracking down an issue I’ve had for the past 6 months on my 2008 speed 3. Long story short I bought my speed 3 from an auction with what I thought had small issues like axles etc. but then turned out being a full 9 yard of multiple parts that needed to be changed/updated. Ever since I got the car I’ve had a steering wheel shake from 1st gear around 5-10mph then it would go away and then pick back up around 60mph but goes away if I go faster. Now I am mechanically inclined and know how to work a wrench so I did the basics. I got new axles, spindles, bearings, inner and outer tie rod ends, control arms, sway bar and sway bar bushing, the moog stabilizer bar that goes from sway bar to strut. All new race land coil overs all around, drilled and slotted rotors and PMM RMM TMM damon race/street motor mounts. I’ve inspected the subframe and bushings around and they are aftermarket and I can’t find any play or tears or anything like that. I’ve had 2 different wheel setups the 1st just being the oem wheels then I got a set of niche Roma wheels. Upon buying the roma’s I did have to get one of the rims welded and straightened out. I’ve had an alignment and maybe 2-3 wheel balances and just can’t think of anything else that could solve this problem. Any suggestions would help. The only problem I can think of is my fly wheel out of balance? Or the inner inner axle going from transmission. But anyways any suggestions would help thanks.

Check your rotors and the hub flanges. Use a dial indicator to check radial runout of their surfaces
