So, I installed a DM OCC around 25k miles ago when I decided to clean my valves and install my PNP IM. Took it all off today again, trying to figure out a problem, and decided to snap some pics. Was pleasantly surprised to see how clean they are still compared to how they were.
Also want to add that a full EGR delete was done at the same time.

    EGR deleted too?
Next month I'll see how my valves are holding after 60k since last cleaning.
From your pics, I think I'll opt for walnut blasting again rather than do manual scraping..

Not bad! My EGR was not blocked long enough so I am sure I got afros on the valve stems after a couple years.

I've had an egr delete and a catch can on my car since I bought it new. I'm hopeful I don't have Shaft living on my valves.

Well that will help. Methanol seems to be the best way. Clean em, install meth and then you are good to go.

I keep looking at meth to do just that. I need to get off the lazy train.

I plan to invest in a walnut blaster kit and clean mine. At the same time, maybe do an intake mani upgrade. Then meth. Should be good to go for a while.

Valve cleaning does add butt dyno power.

If you don't already have a manifold to send off for pnp let me know as I've got one sitting on the shelf. I'm debating on going that route as I've already got a not ready code for my egr delete and I think Colorado only allows one not ready code. I could register my car in the springs and give #0 fuchs.

Yes, EGR deleted also, forgot about that.

Sorry don't have one. Purchased the manifold used off MSF, then sold my stock one.

I have 2 in my attic for the Nator North FL parts bin. Which reminds me, I need to go up to look for a coupler today.

This makes me think about CorkSport OCC design and if it's really good idea to flow OCC output through turbo and intercooler..

If you didn't have the OCC, the same gases from the valve cover would also flow through those but without filtering. The crankcase gases, stock, get dumped straight into the intake so I guess they don't normally go through the turbo and intercooler but do with the CS OCC on. But there isn't a problem if you really believe it filters well. I'm not necessarily saying theirs is well designed but centrifugal separators are well established industrial equipment for filtering and separation. And they have a lot of units in the field without complaint since they changed the design to eliminate the adhesive that was clogging the tubing.

With all that said, whether their routing is better is certainly debatable.
