Just throwing up some info about the egr delete kits I am now making.

I call them "Basic" because they are just what an egr delete kit should be, basic.

I wanted to make a high quality product that I could offer at a great price, while improving the hardware and accessories for installation.

One key factor is that when you do a primary egr delete, the factory hose that connects the turbo to the egr coolant port is a little bit short. I will be including a longer hose in my kit so that you have no issues when going to install.

Bolts are stainless steel with an integrated anti vibration locking head. Brass plug and coolant fitting install using hex wrenches so no need to dig out the allen wrenches for install.

Also, while it has been perfectly acceptable to reuse the stock egr gasket, I will make an option to add on a new gasket with the kit.

For the secondary Egr Delete, the plug for the manifold will have a hex head to make installation easier with a basic set of tools. The plate is .093 thick.

I am only waiting on doing some engraving to the plates and they should be up for sale in a week to 10 days.

Primary Delete kit expected msrp $26.99
Secondary Delete kit expected msrp $12.99

Combo delete kit expected msrp $36.99

Primary delete kit and secondary delete kits are almost done. I found a better plug for the manifold and had to order 200 of them to get them at a decent price so that I could still make the kits for $12.99

The plug will seal completely using both an o-ring (not pictured) and the face of the plug has a sealing surface that will seal against the manifold. This means that you will not need to put any sealer on the threads.

The primary delete kits will ship with a gasket, hose and 2 clamps. Price went up to $29.99 for the primary kit, but honestly for the fact that you get a hose which should be included with all kits IMO and a gasket I feel this is very good.

I'm waiting on getting the aluminum parts sealed so that they have some corrosion resistance. Couple more days on that.

Torque specs on the piece are a very nice touch.

Yes, I thought so. I have a drag engraving setup for the mill so it is pretty easy to do.

Ever thought of making a 90 degree be an option? I found that the bend for the CS turbo was tighter than I was comfortable with. So I picked up some stuff at the hardware store. The 90 would need to be installed and secured before you bolted the plate down.

[doublepost=1503977940][/doublepost]Also I recently bought the plug from your site and did not realize how massive the nut was on it until I needed to install it. Would be nice to have the recommended socket size included on the website as it is not a common size that most people would have "27mm" Thanks for the great products.

That's actually not a bad idea. We do now offer an extended molded hose that works well too.
