I got rust on my rear fender.

I will repair it with a pro in this domain ... but if I want to avoid rust after this job. What can I modify to help.

I already apply an anti-rust every year (KROWN - one of the best), wash my car every week during summer and every 1 - 2 weeks during winter.

I'm detailling my car every spring and seal it 2 times a year.

I will try to smooth the rear plastic bumper. Maybe with the vibration of it, it rubs againt the paint of the rear fender. Maybe apply Line X everywhere in the fender for his toughness against rock chip, rust , etc ...

Let see if you have better idea.

Move south? Lol in all seriousness though I used to live by Buffalo and i assume they use the same snow removal techniques as the great white north. They use so much salt in the winter time that the only way you could ever prevent rust is if you can keep the salt water out of every nook and cranny in the car. Frequent power washing?

Sent using the long dick of the law

My fix: live in TX, and away from the ocean. I guess that's more preventative than a fix, but still... :D

But really ... do you think Line X can be a good option to avoid rust, rock chip etc for the undercarriage ???
