Hey guys, my dump tube and waste-gate decided to jump from my exhaust mani and leave me stranded.
I've been told that I needed to find a GOOD welding shop, someone that knows what they are doing, but i do not want to be left like this again.
So, should I go and get the welded again (this has happened before same spot), or just buy a new CPE manifold? [IMG]

Damn fuck that. I would just get a new mani, or if you know a reputable shop that makes custom manifolds I'd have them weld on an entire new pipe.

This isn't a quality issue you can take up with FJP directly?

Any decent welder can fix that. The problem I see is the weld is supporting the weight of the ewg, and tube. Throw in some vibrations I'm sure it pisses things off. Anyway to support them?

I honestly wouldn't know. Being that this is second hand technically could cause some issues with that? I will email them and ask just to make sure.
[doublepost=1497213717][/doublepost]Also they were recently removed from a vendor on here. You guys know anything about that?

Second hand might limit. The facebook was all over some faulty FJ engines recently. Maybe thats why they were removed?
