Got my hellcat fuel basket back (just in time) from Maisonvi. This thing is clean! Thanks again Ken!
I was able to run a new 6an ptfe feed line from the tank to the engine bay by following the stock fuel line under the car. It connects to a 6an y block where I'll make one line going to the hpfp and another to the left side of the PI rail. Oem feed will now be a return.

I finally tackled removing the Bilstein B8s and Cobb springs setup. I needed to drill out the top strut mounts in the engine bay to be able to adjust camber on the fortune auto 500 coils I have had forever. It went fairly smooth except I wasted the first drill I had.

Been hard at work the past couple days, but everything has gone surprisingly smooth. I'm about ready to start her up again. I'm just waiting on a base map and I need to make 2 more PTFE lines in the bay.

I forgot how low the s257sxe sits lol [IMG][IMG]

Please make a video of how loud or quiet the turbo is once you get it going and how the spool up is on it and all that. I am possibly using this turbo for my final goals of 500+ and want to see if it is really what whirly boi im wanting! lol

Honestly, this turbo is pretty quiet. At least in comparison to BNR s4 I had before. I posted a video previously in the thread, but it may sound louder because of the MIC I had in the engine bay lol

Ok I think I remember hearing it actually lol It sounded stupid loud with the mic but that is cheating when trying to hear it from outside and driving the car haha Sounded awesome but not a true volume of it outside the hood. I just love hearing a turbo all the time haha If you know which are the loudest that are rated for 600 let me know lol

We're ready to go. Received the base map for pump gas. I got the WOT box wired in and programmed. At first start up I was chasing a vacuum leak (stft at+25) and found my new OCC did not have a check valve under the breather. It was a straight thru barbed fitting. Corrected that and stft stabilized.

Car is not registered yet so I haven't been able to get her on the road, besides breaking in the piston rings with a lot of engine braking. I've reserved dyno time on the 23rd of this month to remote tune the car for ethanol. Hopefully we can get this pump gas map dialed in before then. [IMG][IMG]

Working out some kinks. Had a massive oil cooler leak at the sandwich. The push loc hose I used was leaking because I used hose clamps on them. I ended up removing the clamps and using crimp ear clamps in place. No more leaky.

Base map logs sent yesterday. Whammy! Got a rev back today. Target boost was 28psi, but I noticed I was peaking at 15.5ish. Something is up with my CS ebcs. I repaired the wiring/connector so it may be butchered. Not going to risk it and just ordered another.

Also popped the hood to find coolant ejaculated everywhere from the reservoir. Not sure if I have these overflow lines crossed. [IMG][IMG]

Im a little stumped. 2nd map turns up the boost to 25psi or so. I'm hitting 16psi only. I have already replaced my EBCS and confirmed my routing is correct. I also confirmed I have 12v coming from the stock harness connector during KOEO. I disassembled my EWG as well, but didn't find anything wrong with it.

Both your logs show the same WGDC, have you tried increasing it or decreasing it (depending on the way the EBCS is setup)? Have you also tried disconnecting the EBCS and free boosting it momentarily to see if it actually builds higher than what it has been?

Tuner said he increased wgdc and it did not change from base map logs. So I'm chasing as to why. I have not tried disconnecting my ebcs from the equation yet. How would I go about doing that?

My experience with tuning wastegate on 3 port setups is limited to a 6758 and a 7163, but both times 40% was right about where boost *starts* to change. Anything below that did nothing, so if your WGDC didn't change from the last map, either you didn't flash the new one or something is up in the new one that isn't working right.

I applied 12v across the new EBCS and it in fact actuated. I'm about ready to ask my tuner to review the map he sent me lol

Plug the vacuum lines from your EBCS to your waste gate. I'm not saying go WOT but you should notice a very fast ramp up if your EBCS is disconnected and there isn't anything allowing the waste gate to open.

You can also just run a vacuum line from the boost pressure source straight to your waste gate. It should open at whatever spring pressure the spring is set to. This is safer than running the first test I mentioned because it produces less pressure. This verifies the waste gate is opening at spring pressure and not less.

I'll try running the line straight from the boost reference to the wastegate. I'm assuming bottom port of the EWG? Top port is VTA. Spring pressure is at 19psi
