I'm going to be the one. I found a better pick for a bracket that mounts to your front seat. I am going to post photos after install etc.

    It's from TheBracketeer

So I'm looking into getting a fire extinguisher myself, here's why. Had a neighbor move in a couple weeks ago with a gen 2 that had some smoking and oil consumption issues. To my understanding he replaced the turbo with a new stock one as well as upgraded the fuel pump internals and here's what happened on his test drive. Obviously installer error but damn.[IMG][IMG][IMG]

I guess there new brackets are different. I spoke to Simon in person at a car meet and he said the new brackets will require new bolts but to reuse them now, you will need to cut off the washers

It's only 60 bucks now. Got a coupon code for not finishing the transaction for a few days (forgot to) and so it's on the way. Look for a review soon.

Think he forgot to tighten the nut on the fuel hardline?

Got the bolts, but had to get the 17mm socket and hammer it on with a dead blow hammer to get it to tighten. Lockwashers used. Very happy with the result. [IMG][IMG][IMG]
