    Writing a ticket for every infraction is also officer’s discretion. :D

    I have had enough of people treating the police like sh!t. They deal with enough BS let alone lack of respect.

    Most LEO's here will reduce a speeding or point type infraction for something like impeding traffic. While the impeding offense may carry a larger fine, there are no points involved. I'll take that deal any day. My license is point free thanks to officers giving me a ticket for the lesser offenses.
