Fluctuating Boost?

    There's the log. Mods are Catless Downpipe and HPFP. OTS map. This wouldn't be a boost leak would it? With how much it jumps up and down and back up. then it starts tapering off steadily after a certain point. Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. Also, if it helps. My BATs are constantly high. May be a related issue may not. checked everything from turbo to downpipe and it seems to be good.
