I am working with Freektune to get my 91 tune squared away. On the second revision the BNR S4 was hitting 20psi no problemo. I switched tunes to the 3rd revision and can't get it over 13.5psi. I took some 3rd gear logs (attached) and then changed back to the 2nd revision and it is doing the same thing on that one now as well. I checked for boost leaks and didn't see anything but if you guys could check out the logs and point me in a direction I would be appreciative. I sent the logs to Justin and obviously haven't heard back yet, but I thought I would come here to get a jump on the troubleshooting process and give you guys something to chew on. Log 31 is the old revision when it was reaching 20psi (for reference). Let me know what you all think, no idea is a bad one because I am kind of stuck, thanks.

I don’t see anything glaringly obvious, but I would check one of two places first. If you’re running the stock intake manifold, the hose on the back side of the manifold directly behind the MAP sensor would be my first bet. Also, the taper on the neck of the BNRS4 can sometimes make the coupler shift or wear out quickly. One of those two is more than likely leaking under boost.

Holy shit, I was about to take stuff apart to check that hose on the manifold and the boost tube right under the BPV was loose. Thanks for the response bro, because of you I was looking in the right spot!
