2008 speed 3. Bnr s3, jbr 3.5" intake, hks bov, front mount intercooler, auto tech hpfp internals, ngk 3787 plugs, brand new itfp. Hpfp pressure dropping at wot only 1 cell. Being tuned by Justin at freektune he suggested new plugs. Didn't help. I replaced itfp and filter, didn't help. Hpfp has been cleaned ,spill valve included. Would ferrite beads help? What's next? Coil packs? No cel

OK so there is radio frequency interference? Weird. Mazdaspeeds usually have a random misfire. Total pain.

I don't think you got the right plugs. I have used these https://edgeautosport.com/ngk-iridium-ix-spark-plug-set-of-4

Note that for plugs, sensors, coilpacks, no Amazon.

Coilpacks must be oem. Sensors especially. Because you won't fix the problem.

    Upload logs.

That's the plugs I had in it. Justin told me to get these ngk3787. What should be my next move? Justin is calling it rfi. All.i see is a 1 cell dip in hpfp pressure. This happend a year ago. I replaced my dirty itfp sock and it fixed it.

Check all of the electrical connectors on the hpfp look for wires that are damaged or pulling out of the connectors. Connectors not seating correctly etc

That was the first thing I did was check anything obvious. Hofp ground looks good . All connectors look fine.

Ok soo... I put a ferrite choke on my fuel pressure sensor harness, stretched my coil pack springs, new negative battery terminal and recapped ngk 3787 plugs to .027 per justin.. running ok now.

First e85 tune complete and datalogs sent. I'd have to say I was not too impressed with the bnr s3 , 93 tune. I think my k04 on e85 was quicker. It Def made more torque.

i read and read and kept coming across people saying the CS turbos were re stamped chinese turbos .and dont plan on anything other than maybe methanol one day... so i figured the BNR S3 would be plenty just to max out my stock fueling capablilties.

I have 70k on mine. They have sold thousands and no problems. People like to talk trash. Sucks.

Justin also is who suggested the BNR. Super easy guy to work with. Just wish it didn't take a week in between revisions. Lol
