Ok guys, here is my attempt at a how to guide, hope it makes sense to you all.

Tools: These are the tools that I used but you can use 1/2" if that's available as well.
    3/8" drive ratchet
    3/8" drive torque wrench
    17mm socket
    19mm socket
    Elbow grease
    Beer
    Jack and Jack stand
    Red Loctite

    1) First you need to jack your car up and place them on stands. If you don't know how to do this, then stop what you are doing and ask for help. I don't want to see anyone getting hurt because they don't know how to properly jack their car and place stands.

    2) If you look at the picture below you will see 4 bolts. 1 bolt (left most bolt) needs to come out first using a 17mm. The bold holds the RMM and metal piece together. Once that bolt is removed, you can remove the other 3 bolts using a 19mm. The piece of metal should come right off. Go ahead and set it aside.

At this point go ahead and take a break and have a beer. Beer will always make you want to work harder. Once beer is finished move on to the next step

    3) The photo below shows the view of the RMM front directly under it. The bolt on the left should already be removed. Now go ahead and remove the bolt on the right which is holding the RMM in place which I believe is a 19mm.

4)Now that you have everything removed, lets just work in reverse. First make sure that you put Loctite on the bolts before you reinstall them. Now, place your new RMM in, but only hand tighten it. Next connect the metal piece to the RMM and hand tighten that bolt. Finally, insert the 3 remaining bolts but thread each one a few time and move to the next one. When I tightened one to much I couldn't really get the other ones in.

    5) Torque them all down to 70 pounds. Once all tightened up, take it for a spin.

My recommendation is after about 500-1000 miles of drive, check all your bolts to make sure they are still tight.
