I figured I'd get this ramped up. I'm doing what I can to help get MDC 2017 together and somewhat organized. I'm wanting to find out what weekend everyone wants to attend or if you can attend any weekend.

I am hoping I'll be able to attend. I'm scheduled off the 12th through the 19th, but may have to work anyway.

Really wish I could make it, but my October is shaping up to be extremely hectic and I doubt I'll have the time :(

As of right now the Microtell has,

    Thursday
16 double queens, 10 single queens, 8 queen suites

    Friday
    3 double queens,5 single queens,8 queen suiets

    Saturday
    8 queen suits(all that's open atm)

    Sunday(for anyone staying over)
22-double queen 12 single queens 8 queen suites

These are current as of 5:20 P.M. Rates are as follows
    Double queens are $92+taxes/fees
    Single queens are $82+taxes/fees
    Queen Suites are $102+taxes/fees

I'll be calling back again tomorrow to discuss any potential discounts with the Manager. Microtell is switching branding under new owner ship to Quality Inn. I had mentioned how much we love it there and how much we'd love to keep our relationship with the new owners and if any new staff. The camp sites are first come first serve and are usually $15 self service. The cabin at Cheoah point is $35 per night and is non-electric. It will sleep 6. Can be reserved online. I'll call tomorrow and check availability. There are other local options. Nice cabins etc. Will update tomorrow.
