Modified car inspection in Houston

    Any recommendations for place to get a modified car inspected in Houston? My car has not been driven for literally 5 years. So 5 years ago I took my car to some place near West Little York and I45. I don’t recall exactly, I could go drive over there.

    Currently, I have no CEL, no emissions codes being thrown. So, it may well pass quickly. But I know that the car isn’t really legal. I have one CAT instead of 2, and I have a VTA catch can. I have no idea if any inspector would notice that or care.
