my head is going to be taken to the machine shop to get the shop to shim and install the cs cams.
We are doing cst4, cs cams, 3.5 intake and cs exhaust manifold. Im going to buy cometique gasket but not sure what thickness to buy if:
    .030" (OEM Thickness)
    0.036"
    0.040"
    0.051"
Can anybody with knowledge here help me or give me some light here?

May i ask you a questiion, since I'm going to take out the head to take it to the machine shop, I'm going to replace the head bolts but not sure if to go with arp or oem taking into consideration that I'm going to do cst4, cams,3.5 intake and exhaust manifold

Arp 2000 have less clamping force than oem bolts, so if that's what you are referring to, don't buy them.

Sho is the right person to ask though, he'll have a better response re: oem or h11 etc.

Either OEM headbolts you dont plan on eclipsing 450wtq

Or ARP L19's or freektune H11 or sp63 ca625+ for more tq than 450.

    Dont get ARP 2000's

I feel like this should be moved to a more appropriate section and not build diaries. @Awafrican

Do you have more details on "multiple times?"

I currently have a MZR rebuild going. My block and head have both been decked. This seems to be the first time this particular engine has been rebuilt, but I guess I don't know for certain. Are there any exact measurements I could make to ensure that I have the proper thickness head gasket?

The block was decked once to clean it up. The head was also decked. But the head required a 2nd decking when it got a little scratched during assembly.

So total of .003" first gasket is .006" thicker than OEM spec, makes sense to stay with original thickness to me however this isn't my wheel house. @Sho please confirm, pretty sure it's correct given your initial comment
