Okay I'm going to be doing 1 mod right now. I'm either thinking moving to Versatune, the Matt Damond Gold/Black w/ red bushing PMM, or a speed daddy catback exhaust. I can't decide which.

A few caveats before you answer:
    - I don't do much/any racing or hard launching
    - I'm sensitive to vibes
    - I'm currently open dump right now
    - I have a Cobb AP V3
    - I need to have tunability past 7000rpms

    Some input?

TMM is out of question. Only real reason I have for wanting the PMM is looks and I don't wanna clean up hydraulic diarrhea from all over my engine bay.

I vote DM parts. But it sounds like the VT conversion is what would actually be useful to you.

I don't see why you should move away from th APv3 (you can tune past 7k rpms with the AP), and if you wont be doing and racing or launching, then you don't need a PMM, so I guess get the exhaust so you can sound cool.

The exhaust is only an option b/c the open dump under the car is horrible cruising or driving or anything really. It's just horrible.

I'm sensitive to vibes too. I put the Damond RMM on my car, wasn't 100% happy with it but was livable. The off-throttle sound from 2.7-3k was very noticeable. Then I put the Damond PMM on the car (and the CS TMM insert)... racecar. I switched the RMM to cpe s2, 2.7-3k sound is gone and general vibes are down to where GF could live with it. However I'm still planning to switch to cpe PMM (60 duro because pussy, and will upgrade to 75 duro if I break it). I feel that there was still some driveability improvement with improving the TMM/PMM.

Hope that helps. Tough to make a recommendation between three so disparate items.

From the ~20 failed PMMs I've kept tally on, a great majority of them ruptured between 65-85K miles. That might help rule in / out the PMM decision.

@JgamB I'm at 34k miles. So that does help.

Go with the pmm before you gotta clean up poop off everything.

A full exhaust isn't necessary, I would worry about the downpipe more than the whole exhaust , it flows very well. You could just do some cat gutting and a downpipe and call it done. Unless you just want one to say you have one , nothing wrong with that.

I've already got a catless downpipe. It's just turned down under the car at the moment and kicks my ass everytime I drive it.

I say exhaust to fix the open dump and make driving more enjoyable. If you're not driving hard or launching then the PMM doesn't sound necessary yet.

Don't go to veratune from the ap that's just dumb. Matt damond parts are wonderful. If you don't have a RMM that's where is start. When I finally finish installing all mounts I'll be doing Damon TMM/PMM/RMM. My Cobb RMM really doesn't vib to much once it settled.

Curious as to why you "need" tuneability past 7k if you don't do any racing??

Pmm is nice no more splooge. The speed daddy exhaust would be my choice if you're current exhaust is holding you back.
    I would go to VT.
What is more important to you at this moment? No splooge, better flowing cat back, or 7k rpm and better support compared to apv3 (not to mention the VT option means you can recoup money for the purchase by selling the v3).

Edit: i just realized what you ment by "open dump"....... the cat back is kind of a no brainer in that circumstance...

I don't understand the versatune statement. I made the swap and I'm a shit ton happier.

Next question, why do you NEED tunability past 7000k?

If you are sensitive to vibes then the PMM is the last mount you want to replace.
