Have you performed any diagnostics yourself? You have a code for the fuel rail pressure sensor, lean fuel trims, slow O2 sensor response time and engine misfire.

Did you get gas recently? Change your tune? We need more information about you car to help you.

I’ve been getting gas at the same place so I don’t think that’s it. And I currently don’t have a tune but my car is stock.

Just a heads up that you can export your VersaTune logs into .CSV format so people can actually look at them without the VT software.

It almost seems like an electrical issue considering you're getting all these weird sensor issues (fuel pressure, O2 and EGR) plus issues with sparking with multiple cylinders misfiring. Has it been running strange at all? It might be worth cleaning and reseating the ECU connectors to see if that remedies any of the codes/issues.
